Very bad customer service. Person helping me had her nail all in my ice cream . Should make them wear gloves or not have nails because that’s really nasty seeing that girl nails in my ice cream.

I order 4 cappuccino blast with the pralines and cream and one original the lady at the counter did the opposite and when I try to tell her she said their was nothing she can do about it

Walked in here I have never had a problem being a loyal customer to this Baskin-Robbins. We came in here to grab ourselves a treat. Abran the man supposedly in charge told my wife the machine was being cleaned but prior to that he whispered to his other coworkers that he did not want to do the Cappuccino Blast. He lied to my wife and proceeded to laugh about it with his coworkers. The other coworkers were also laughing as I walked in to ask him for his name. Really disrespectful how he handled the situation in front of my kids as well. I guess don't come here 15 minutes prior to closing because they won't take your order serious and take you as a fool.

Good place for ice-cream cakes, coffees, floats ,milkshakes, waffle cones ,Crowded but line moved fast. Highly recommend this ice-cream place for you to visit with family and friends. You won’t be disappointed.

So I get to my best friends house and it turns out that my nephew was sad because his older brother and his friend were picking on him. So I decided to cheer him up I'd take him for a treat and when I asked him what he wanted he said Baskin Robyn's. We had a bunch of samples and then got ice cream in fancy cones and talked for a bit. By the time we were don't he was all better. I not saying Baskin Robyn's will fix all your problems but it's cheaper than therapy later.
