Just tried this place for the first time. The guy who attended us was not friendly at all. (Short and thin guy) It felt like he was already annoyed that we even entered. My friend & I felt uncomfortable. The potato wedges weren't as crispy as I've heard before. The chicken sliders were bland. Could've had more sauce to it :( hope you guys can take this feedback & make improvements.

30 min before closing and we were informed that they were closed.... It didn't look like any food was ready or any was being prepared. When we exited the lady turned the open sign off. Guess it was a slow night and they're wrapping up early, not sure if this is usual practice. Curious to try so maybe we'll give them another shot in the future.

Food is OK, but their online ordering is innacurate and the staff refuse to rectify it. Ordered 4 tender combos that are stated to come with fries and one small side. When I got the order none of them have fries and I am told they don't come with them, despite what their online menu states. I would avoid this place.

I actually really like this place but almost every single time i order they mess up my order. I've gotten the wrong thing, missing things, someone else's order. Etc. okay be taste is so good. I enjoy the Blazin flavor i love my heat and this is finally a place that can entertain that but I'm disappointed when i can hardly ever get what i order

Food is nothing special come here once in a blue moon, why does it take 10 minutes max for a take out meal but on any food app they delay your order for an hour. It’s not like the place is busy, this is like the 3rd time now. Not worth it

I like to try different hot chicken spots so i came here since it's a 3 min drive from home. I got here excited to try their food, but that quickly went away. The guy at the register completely sucks didn't even ask what spice level i wanted my food. After I placed my order i realized he didn't ask about the spice level so I told him what level I wanted and he just nodded his head i don't even think he cared to tell the person cooking what i wanted. Who ever the owner is, you're going to go out of business with people like this. After paying 25 bucks I literally considered just taking it as a loss and going down the street to Nashville hot chicken. Even if they're food ends up being the best, i won't be back.

Man i used to love this place, the food was always great but the last 2 times was bad, i went yesterday about 5:30 or 6 pm and the guy taking the order is complete GARBAGE he is definitely not a people person or he just simply HATES his job We ordered the 2 chicken sandwiches with 10 lemon pepper wings and i feel like we ordered SALTED wings had to throw away more than half of the wings, and there was no point in complaining to him about it because like i said his people skills are GARBAGE and probably would've gotten mad and dropped the wings on the floor if he would've made us new ones and served them to us because he seems like that type of guy It sucks for the owner of this place because he has good food but i never want to go back and deal with that guy again
This place took a turn in the wrong direction i used to like it here. The staff dishes out terrible service and the most salty chicken wings I've ever had. When i complained all i got is, thats how they come. I won't be back.

This was my first visit and I will never return nor recommend this place. I hope can't give this place a rating because my family and I all god food poisoning. I order 2 orders of sliders and an order of chicken strips for my son. My sister, my 3 year old son and I haven't stop vomiting since Tuesday. We also have chills along with fever, abdominal pain, and nausea.

Personally will be avoiding this place.. I thought I'd give this place a shot but I don't think I'll be coming back.The chicken was alright. A little over spiced but not bad.I'm giving 1 star because they gave me microwaved fries. You should never serve your customers microwaved fries like come on? I don't care how slow business is. For what your charging you should make a new batch of fries.If you ever microwaved fries you know what they taste like. They gave me microwaved fries. Disgusting.

Bad experience overall. The sliders were below average for a chicken sandwich. French fries tasted like they were re heated and cooked in old oil. Also ordered potatoes wedges just to see if they'd be better but nope. The employee made us feel like we were a bother. Didn't bring us any napkins or ask if we needed anything else. He just brought our food to the table and walked away. We were the only people there so it's not like they were busy either. I'd never eat here again or recommend anyone else to eat here. *edit* I appreciate the owner reaching out to my comment. Unfortunately the customer service is not my only concern and I do not want to rat out that employee. Either way the food was not good at all. Cheap quality food and way over priced.
