Bad service at this location in Sylmar today, Saturday, February 23, I placed my order at 6:35 pm and my order was delivered until 8:20 pm and the pizzas were very cold, when I placed my order they told me that my order would arrive at my house at 7:45 at the latestTerrible service??

Soooo scared just for asking the cook the details of a promotion because he seemed like the person in charge. He snatched the receipt from me, broke it, and yelled at me that if I wanted free pizza it was online and that I still wanted the one I had already ordered. I don't know why but they should put people who are not so violent. Because it is traumatic even to ask a question and the cashier gets angry because you speak Spanish.

"Disappointing Experience at Domino's Pizza: I had high hopes for a cozy pizza night, but unfortunately, Domino's let me down. The pizza I received was far from what I expected - it arrived soggy, and to my surprise, one of them was even missing cheese. The chicken was unappetizing, and honestly, the only ones who didn't seem to mind the food were my dogs. Spending $65 plus an $8 tip felt like a total waste. -Frankly, after being a customer for over 15 years, I'm appalled by their customer service & food quality. To say that they have begun to neglect their values as a corporation would be an understatement. I've never had an issue with somebody completely messing up my order as I have with the sylmar city dominos. The first time they messed up my order, was when I ordered a large pepperoni pizza & was delivered a spicy pineapple. How could you possibly mistake them like that? Ridiculous, nevertheless, I gave them another chance to make amends. The second time, I ordered a pepperoni medium sized with bbq wings "bone in" & when they arrived they were spicey wings "boneless" with ranch!!! Smh you might say to yourself "how my brother!? How could they do this to you for a second time!!?" Tssk Tskk my fellow stranger, Wait! There's more!! Countless times they've mistaken me for a fool, the sad clown, who's always bitten his tongue and just accepted the way things were, but NO MORE!!! No more locked doors!! They've given me wrong items, they've showed up very late 40min plus with cold pizza, wrong toppings, failure to pickup the phone, failure to tend to in person customers within timely matters, which of course is normally 10-15 minutes but I've been there for over 35 minutes before they notice my existence. All they have done is refer me to the company for store credit, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING! "Credit doesn't feed my family my good sir!" Credit, doesn't a-dress the issues at hand, it only adds sprinkles on top of the turds that your service staff lays day after day, all while avoiding the stench of indecisiveness, & all while they remain indifferent to our concerns. Having said that! I hope somebody reads this and takes their job very seriously because thank god that none of these orders, even though incorrect, were undercooked, because we'd be having different discussion with my attorney. That is all my fellow pizza lovers, my fellow do gooders, late workers of the night, blossoming hero's of justice. I bid you farewell , & a goodnight to you. -cheers-

Ordered pizza and wings as they were running a special,50% off pizzas. When we got to the store, the cashier assisted us, then, without washing his hands, proceeded to flatten out pizza dough. Got sick after eating from there. Horrible hygiene practices. Management, please have your employees who are working the register, only with the register and not prep food. You are putting your customers at risk. We will not be ordering from here again. You've lost our business. Will go across the street to Little Caesars instead. Their prices are cheaper and food is always good. The cashiers are not making food.

My family and I have been going to this establishment for years. This Friday we placed an order that took over 10 minutes to do so. (We get it this employee had to be new). When we picked up order we clearly stated over the phone "No Garlic Butter", on one of the pizzas. (I said that over four times to them on the phone). When my wife picked up the order they put Garlic butter on both pizzas, and then they said to her we can run them through the oven so the butter can melt? Sadly this will be the last time we ever go again. I get it, no one cares. I would give them a half a star if at all possible.

Service is okay , pizza is good but they don't completely cut the slices properly.. it's never a grab a slice and go I ALWAYS have to cut it which is annoying

I can honestly say I've been coming here for the past 15 years since high school, it's honestly the only Domino's I trust with my food. Fair prices, fast service, and the food is very delicious. My family loves the pizza from here, and this place comes in a clutch when we have unexpected visitors.

There was a time where I ordered a week straight from this dominoes in Sylmar and honestly whoever is behind the phone is totally unprofessional and rude and it’s not the same person during this whole week he had to be at least three different people it is horrible they hang up on you I hope you don’t call backThey also lie to you about how long it would take for delivery obviously because they do not want to deliver one guy told me delivery was up to two hours if I’d like to wait and I said yes and he said are you sure two hours is a long time and I said yes and I literally got my pizza in 20 minutesi give one star for that early delivery actually ima add another star because of the warm pizza
