We ordered food today 1 hour before closing the food all cold the roast beef looked like it was from the morning or yesterday and the guacamole was black my son's burrito the meat was very dry and old all badly wrapped my golden tacos all stiff 10 little pieces of lettuce are thrown on the plate horrible of everything nothing went well nor good horrible everything for running in the race to close

Popped in here for a quick lunch. I was quickly seated and waited on. Which is one of the things I really liked. I dont like ordering food at the counter and then having to wait to bring my own food to the counter.Portions were generous and the food was very flavorful. They were accomodating in preparing a large salad with carne asada. The salsa here is excellent. Great place to dine.Vegetarian options: They are not adverse to putting together a plate of food to your liking. And they have lots of vegetable options to add.Parking: Even if you can't find parking in there lot, they are right next to a grocery store that has plenty of parking.

Ordered food by phone.They told me to come un around 15 minutes.I went to another place to pick up some groceries.I arrived at the 3 hermanos in around 25 minutes.I waited 15 minutes before they charged me for the food.And have to wait another 35 minutes for them to bring me the food.It was a terrible experience.Never going back.They have no idea how to treat a customer.They waste so much of my time , it's unreal.They didn't even offered an explanation...they just let me outside by the pick up window.I don't recomend the take out concept.They have no idea how to serve a client.They have no respect for other people's time.I felt really neglected.So sad !!!

The workers are extremely rude. I ordered a horchata from here and it was really gritty and just did not taste good and I asked if they could just give me a sprite instead and they refused so I asked if I could get my money back and they refused saying they have a “no refund policy” which is so stupid, you are a restaurant the customer should be able to get their money back if they have an issue with food or a drink. So I asked if I could just have my money back in general because I was not happy with the service provided and just pay for the drink because they hadn’t brought out the food to me yet and they refused saying it’s “already made” literally refusing for us to not, not get the food and for us to not get the refund I asked for. I didn’t want the food and it was not handed to me yet but I was still told that I HAD to take it because it was made and I couldn’t get a refund. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place. They are not worth the money for their horrible customer service. Do better.
