Really disappointed in Raspados Express. I tend to order or pick up from here at least twice a week, but today they gave me incorrect items (the wrong item was much cheaper than what I actually ordered - so I got charged extra for a cheaper product). *I'm editing this because the owner responded to me. I don't need anything free, just please make the orders right. I'm still kind of nervous to order, but I really do respect you responding.

The raspados were ok. But the Nachos and the peanuts in the tostilocos were not good tasted old (rancios) . You let them know and they don't care

Always go for the nuez with extra nuez and extra lechera! They always nail my drink and will continue to drive from Santa Clarita to the valley for my raspado.

The service is horrible I ordered at 7:30 and got my order til 8 and the girl that was taking my order continuously rolled her eyes and was speaking under her breath towards me. The ambiance is definitely 1/10 cramped area. There was a lot of people and Julissa was in the back area and comes out when the girl taking orders was struggling . The food is a 6/10 only because I was charged for saladitos and did not receive them as well as my order. It was not complete as I asked for no syrup on my bolita and the girl taking orders didn't care to mark it . Do better Omar get better employees

Raspados are okay, but I bought some nachos and they are stale.Keep away from their nachos.
i went last week, the food was good but the workers were some so rude. the cashier half a** responded when i asked a question and she made a complain on my order. NEVER AGAIN

I wanna update my review this is horrible, I placed an order on grub hub and it said it was ready when I came, they said that someone came to pick it up already, but how if I bearly came. I believe they just gave my order to other people and didn't even bother to see the confirmation order or nothing. That's not right definitely not coming here again what bad customer service and back way to handle online. Worse experience ever. Don't come management really didn't handle it right and how can you not confirm by showing app. It literally saying ready first pick up horrible.
