The woman's restroom had no hand soap and this was the first time I used it . I used the restroom the 2 nd time and a worker was in there acting like she washed her hands n when it was my turn there was absolutely no hand soap in the dispenser. They need to expand those restrooms seriously. I grew up in the valley and the is just disappointing.! Food is still good tho

You can never go wrong with a family day at shakeys . This will always be a childhood memory for me and to keep coming here with my little family . We get the package of pizza , chicken , mojos and separate some pitchers for the fam . Service is pretty great you pay for your food then wait to be called out to retrieve it yourself . The ladies at the arcade are very friendly and nice to the kiddos . I do wish they had more options for alcohol since I'm not much of a beer drinker but other then that I love it here . It's a big space for a couple of families even going solo just go and enjoy some food :)

The worst experience ever!! Do not come to this location if you have a special needs child. Today is my grandsons birthday he wanted to go to Shakey's, we went around 6:30 pm it wasn't very busy, just a few tables were occupied.There was a party of gentlemen celebrating what appeared to be someone's retirement, they were a little loud. My grandson being autistic started to get agitated so we asked the manager if we could please sit on the other side of the restaurant, we explained our situation to her. She responded NO we can't sit over there because that area is reserved for parties only. We told her we just wanted to eat our food and we would leave, we said to her we would make sure to clean everything around us so her employees wouldn't have to clean. She still responded NO and continued to make excuses why we couldn't use one table. She was rude, and very inconsiderate! We have been coming to this location for many years. But Alex the manager sure made sure we never return!!

Shakey's is a fun place! At lunchtime it was filled with families and local workers stopping in for pizza, mojos, chicken and salad bar.We purchased the brunch special and had a little of everything. As I remembered it, all the food was pretty good. There were pitchers of beer flowing, music and hot food. What else could you ask for from a pizza parlor? A good option for this type of food.Parking: There is a large parking lot behind the restaurant if you cannot find a space in front of the place.

I've been going to Shakey's since I was a little kid. Never have I had a bad experience at any of the different locations. Today was my first visit to the Sylmar location. To say it was horrible is an understatement. If this was my first experience, I'd never have Shakey's again.The chicken was oily yet dry. The pizza was undercooked and barely had any pepperoni. Mojo potatoes were good but few. Bugs flying in the bathroom. Many of the arcade machines were unplugged/broken. Tables and seats were not wiped down.

We went for the lunch buffet and the only reason that I didn't give them five stars was because of the variety of pizzas. They only usually had cheese and pepperoni, and sometimes there was one that was a little different. The roasted or baked chicken was very tasty.
