I got food poisoning after ordering carne asada tacos. The meat was not properly cooked. The workers are not using proper equipment to make sure that food is safely stored, prepared, and handled. It is recommended to contact public health or code enforcement on the the city of L.A.'s 311 app because this business needs to be shut down. The workers do not speak English, which is extremely unusual. Do they have a valid visa required to be in this country legally?

I'll pass on the hairy tacos. I'm not ever eating off a food truck or table set up again. Who verifies that they are cooking real quality food and ingredients. No gloves, no hair nets? I don't feel welcome at many of these places anyway. The way they look at you, makes me feel like they don't want to serve me and that they think they are doing me a favor. Its amazing how one bad food truck experience will affect your perception of all of them. There is also no way to know what you are eating and If I found hair like these pics in my food; and if they insinuated that I was lying? I cant say what I would do. But Jail would most likely be in my immediate future. Who wants to go to jail because people have nasty attitudes and uncleanly food habits. I love Mexican food too. But these pop ups are a hard no!!

This is specific to the West Covina location. I got home and realized that they left out part of my order in addition to the fact that the lady making the tortillas is extremely rude. The location in LA by dodger stadium is always on point.

This tacos stand needs to open a restaurant, they are causing too much caos on foothill Blvd it's really annoying they should move to a different street with less traffic, I bet they don't even report all the CASH THERE getting, they don't even like American people, they never have guacamole, and there service sucks!!!

The tacos here never miss. I'm a big fan of the tacos de cabeza. The line can sometimes be very long but it's worth the wait. The tacos are a great price for the size and amount of meat you get. Unfortunately, they're cash only.

Warning: you will order too much.You will then tell yourself: it's ok, now we have leftovers!Came to the Glassell Park location on a very hot July afternoon when cooking at home was just not an option. Immediately went for the Angel's potato with steak, two Al Pastor tacos con queso and a chicken mulito. Then saw the aqua frescas and had to try those too. So yes, we came away with too much food for two people but yes, now we have leftovers. Tacos were super tasty, with piquant flavor of lime, cilantro and pineapple. Mulito was chewy and delicious. Fresh tortilla hot off the grill, then pressed with cheese, onion and tomato. Angel potato lived up to the hype. Fluffy and decadent with the toppings. Melon and lemon aqua fresca the perfect sweet/tart accompaniment. Easy parking in the Target lot. By o'clock the line was forming. Convenient and delicious Friday night taco treat!

I'm surprised the ratings are so low on Yelp! Is this the cleanest taco joint ever? Definitely no. But what do you expect from a sidewalk taco stand in LA. It's part of the experience. If you want gourmet, this isn't the place for you. That being said, I do not eat pork at all...anywhere....except for Angel's al pastor tacos....SOO GOOD! I've never had anything like it. They load up their quesadillas goooooodddd. I've been to multiple locations and the quality & taste is consistent across all of them. They accept cash, zelle or venmo!

Their customer service in Sylmar location is horrible! We went to purchase 6 tacos in total asada. They're cold and meat tasted like fuel!Corn tortilla is handmade but was not cook throughly. When we got to paying. The lady was super rude she just looks and you and laughs and makes fun of you she wanted me to get out of my car while I have q 3 month old baby with this cold to show her I payed threw Zelle! She didn't want to get her lazy self up. She continue to say to her coworker that they don't even trust their own family! Why buy there! Never returning to this place! That's why I like to buy tacos from the ladies in the corner from Bromont and sayre! Been eating there since I was 8! They never disappoint me. This angels tacos employees have very rude manners. I don't work in the culinary department I'm a chef myself and this by far has been the worst experience ever.
