Even though, it's in a small area. This environment is very mellow and peaceful, which making so cozy. As well as from my experience, it doesn't take too long to get my drink after ordering.

Yum! First visit and the nice manager recommended a get the “Pot Plant Tea” and it’s soo cute and yummy! Glad I got it and I ordered boba. It’s very sweet, delicious and a good dessert.

This is a quaint little Boba spot that's worth checking out special if you also stop by Katsu Ramen or do some grocery shopping at Vons first or after a long hike at Veterans Park. Service was great, kind, and friendly. But the star is the tea. The portions are big and the prices are affordable, on top of that the quality is one of the best. It's a hidden treasure.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps or stairs if you park on the Foothill side.

This used to be my go-to spot and would come at least twice a week. Management changed a while back and it hasn't been the same. All of my points were erased as well, I had nearly enough points for about 6-7 free drinks but they're all gone now. I haven't gone back since this management change. Drinks are not as good nor fresh as it used to be.

i used to go here a to. when u was in high school but now that i work at a boba shop i can tell the boba isn't the best. most of drinks i've tried r great and yummy, except the match :,( i love matcha but the matcha taste and looks more like green tea

Delicious very flavorful drinks and come in decent big size enough for ur drink to last a while, they add a lot of boba and has its own delicious flavor which i like, the service here is good they are fast. The ambiance is very calm, came here couples times for dates on afternoons and its outdoor seating was small but very cute.

They have a lot of options for slushes, milk tea, fruit teas, smoothies, as well as specials and ample seating in a cozy interior. Service was quick and very friendly! The drinks- passion fruit slush and early grey milk tea were delicious! I'm glad Sylmar has a great boba spot and can't wait to come back for more.
