Got here at 9:20pm and it was already closed. There wasn’t any employee inside or anywhere around so who knows what time they closed exactly, maybe even earlier than almost an hour early. If you changed your hours at least update them on here so I don’t waste my time and gas driving over here. I’ll edit my review when you adhere to your hours so I can actually order and try your food. I took pictures of the menu for anyone that likes to know what to get and the prices before they get here

A burger with whole-wheat bread and avocado, it needs two hands because of the size. The pink lemonade is a great for sweet tooth.

First time coming here. They don't even deserve 1 star. Got my order wrong by giving me chicken strips instead of a chicken salad (even asked which dressing we wanted when we ordered) Spent almost $50 for 2 adults and a child. Food was not worth the money by a long shot. Never coming here again and wasting my money. Do better.

My family and I decided to try this place for the first time for a change and it was a mistake. When we were ordering the lady had a tone that basically said "are you stupid" when we asked if they had diet Dr pepper (the answer was no btw). We just brushed it off but when we got to the window is where it went down hill. We got handed 2 drinks and we didn't know it yet but one was wrong. She then leaves us to wait for the food and maybe 10 minutes passes and she opens the window to says "oh you're still here" then disappears. She finally gives us our food but then we are missing 4 cups of ice and another soda. She remembers about the ice but literally argued with us for 4 or 5 minutes saying we didn't get another soda. The lady also said we ordered 2 dr peppers when two people in the car heard what we ordered. She even takes the receipt and continues to argue. When we got the receipt back we counted a total of 7 drinks when she kept insisting REPEATEDLY that we only got 6. The food could have used a little more seasoning and we would have went back again. The horrible service is what is keeping us from returning in the future.

Thick, yummy shakes, with an accommodating straw (nobody does that!). Crunchy, hot fries. Best burger in town, and I've been to them all! A huge group of motorcycles pulled in before us, and we still got the expected service with a (big) smile and the order was perdect!! Take THAT, Bakersfield Sonic!!

Why are you still reading the reviews?! This place is top tier, don’t think twice about getting food from here. The food is to die for & the staff is extremely friendly & inviting. This place will now be my #1 for takeout/ dining and I will be taking all my friends here!!

During our first and second visit, we had a negative experience. However, the manager contacted us after and made the third experience worth continuing to support this business. The manager was both friendly and apologetic, and did more for us as an apology than expected. I really, really appreciate that, so thank you, All Stars Burger.
