I wanted very much to enjoy their food. I do think this is a great idea and sushi concept to have on the side of the lake. The problem is the sushi is of the lowest quality. The skill set is home-Sushi-cook quality at best. This is not sushi rice as it should be. It is merely dry , non vinegarred, steamed rice. The flavors of the rolls were off. The cuts of fish were poor, and some, seemingly not very fresh. The miso soup was also very poor and taste either my daughter or wife wanted it . Just a few very basic Core elements to make this more traditional Japanese/sushi cuisine, and this place would've had a lot of potential...

Wonderful and friendly place. I had the Tahoma roll and edamame - both were very good. Takeout only but that was fine with me. I will definitely be back soon.

As we do as often as we can, our family gathered to our family cabin in Tahoma for the week. We saw the sushi banner in the parking lot of the post office and other small businesses and were very excited at the thought of picking up sushi that was just a 5 minute walk from our cabin! Well, we ordered nearly every roll on their menu as well as some daily specials items. It was all delicious and the fish quality was superb!! Such a friendly duo working there. What Ana amazing addition to the tahoe community! We will likely order again on our last night just to support them and have a perfect sushi meal!

The food here is consistently amazing. Alicia rolls are works of art and made of the freshest fish. The rolls are big too, I get full before finishing two rolls. I recommend the Tahoma Heights, it has all the fish. If you’re in the neighborhood and love sushi, then you should definitely stop by.

OMG Sushi on the West Shore! Good variety of Nigiri, rolls and rice bowls and excellent presentation in a take out box. Very fresh. Alicia and Elisa do not disappoint!

Only the freshest ingredients!! All the creative rolls have multiple layers of flavors & inspired combinations! like a secret late night club.... you have to know where to look. An afternoon call will secure you culinary delight for an apres ski pick up. The ladies running the show are delightful! Enjoy

This place doesn't exist. Called and got a message to send a text to order. Sent a text, no response. Drove by and it doesn't exist. Too bad because other reviews were good and we were looking forward to sushi.

This restaurant does not exist!! Ordered online and called, then drove by to find no one at the address. Great experience at Spoon up the road.
