Nancy, Paula, and team helped us cater our son's Bris with just a few day's notice! They were wonderful to work with and the food was excellent. The presentation was all everyone could talk about at the event, and they exceeded all of our expectations. We provided them a general menu theme and they took it and ran with great suggestions and beautiful/professional set up. We would be excited to use them again at our next simcha.
Nancy and the team at Balabusta Catering put together an incredible seated wedding meal. They did not miss a beat from setting up, serving the delicious food, cleaning up, and assisting with anything we needed for the day. Truly a 10/10 experience. Thanks again!!
