The food at this location is always fresh. Service the same as usual, if nobody's there it's quick, otherwise a line. Although pushing you to use the kiosk. The location near my house the food is usually not that great so I go to this one. Atmosphere? It's McDonald's!

Returned the sausage Mcgriddle since it was old. Request a fresh one and was given a microwave one SMH... I guess the ones who prepare the food don't understand?? Fresh/Microwave?

They asked "medium or large" when I ordered a meal, and I didn't realize that both options were an upsell and more expensive than the price on the menu board. (I don't normally eat at McDonald's.) They should have said "Small, medium or large?" and I could have (correctly) assumed that small was the menu price, and the other options were upgrades for which I knew I would pay more. Instead I spent extra money that I didn't need/want to. The manager at this store needs to make sure their employees are more customer-oriented, and not using careful language or omissions to make a higher sale without the customer's knowledge.

Service is great and the staff are friendly, they miss basic condiment requests that have been asked when Im ordering and forget napkins and straws sometimes and sometimes I don't have the opportunity to check while I'm there as there's a line behind me and I have to be on my way and I don't notice until I get the opportunity to sit and eat once I'm able to and realize things are missing. Sometimes I order large fries and it's filled halfway or they give me the last of a batch I presume because sometimes I get mainly small bits and hard fries that aren't normally served, even when I request no pickles on my burger I still get them

The management have far too much self-importance. I hope you are a McDonald's employee. It's often frowned upon to treat your customers disrespectfully or like dogs. In addition to mistaking my order and the orders of two other customers, you outright lied when you knew you were in the wrong. It didn't help that you looked worse when you blamed me for your bad management. And to top it all off, I was astounded by the way you managed your group like slaves. I used to think McDonald's was a reliable corporation, but now that you've raised your prices significantly, most of the restaurants I've been to have forgotten the value of a customer.

The managers are way to full of their selves. Please you work at McDonald's. Treating your customers like dogs or being so disrespectful is usually frowned upon. Not only did you get my order and two other customers orders wrong you straight up lied when you were so obviously wrong. Blaming me for your poor management skills only made you look worse. Then to top it off i couldnt believe how you directed your team like slaves. Wth McDonald's i thought you were a solid company but You've become way over priced and most your restaurants ive been in have all lost what the customer means to your businesses.I no longer even think of hitting up McDonald's tbh the food isnt meeting the price the quality all together has gone. This manager and team members really need to be looked into and soon they are out of control.. id never recommend this place unless you fix the main problems .
