I promise you I know my sushi in LA and I consider MON to be the finest sushi in LA. I've been to so many places - both well-known and not and this location tops the list. The experience feels like you are smack dab in Japan as the sights and smells are so reminiscent. The servers and chefs there are OUTSTANDING and each is a unique character in your dining experience. Longtime customer. Highly recommend Mon. Never disappointed in the high quality sushi. It's amazing. ❤️Parking: Plenty paid parking on Ventura. Limited free parking behind restaurant, but easily accessible.

Their uni sushi never fails to impress, always fresh and packed with flavor. The scampi garlic shrimp roll is another good one . their omakase is good, with a variety of selections. And of course, their sweet shrimp is always good. This place is a staple for any sushi lover in the area.
