This particular Peet's Coffee location is awesome!!! I have found the staff here to be consistently pleasant, efficient and accommodating. My drink is ALWAYS made perfectly to my order and I enjoy their delicious plain croissants and bacon, spinach and cheese frittatas. I do not live in the area but will drive to this Peet's location because of their outstanding service and quality food.

Not sure if this is a location issue or an issue with Peet's website but twice now this location has said they don't have the drinks that their website says it does. I'm currently laid up in bed from hip surgery so my dad offers to get me something from Peet's. I'll look at the online menu for the location, tell him the drink I want and then he'll call me saying they told him they no longer make that drink. The two drinks are the grapefruit sparkling cold brew and the iced brown sugar matcha oat latte with jelly. I'm overly frustrated at this point because I emailed Peet's about this issue but they outsource to India so the customer service representative is not understanding what I'm telling him and sending me email with tons of grammatical errors that make no sense. It feels like Peet's just doesn't care how their customers are taken care of.

Terrible rude service , that means you Sonia! , you made the drinks completely wrong and the cup was 3" under filled . Tasted like old stale coffee . Not drinkable. When asked to correct her mistake. She refused saying there wasn't anymore. With a lot of snark. You need to be more diligent on proper training and people skills. Starbucks is starting to look good.

Peet's Coffee is the best coffee in the Valley and where the coffee connoisseurs go. I ordered the caramel macchiato today and it's amazing. Smooth and delicious! Not burnt like some coffee places. The atmosphere in Peet's is cozy and the seating is good: There is outdoor seating and indoor seating. It's a professional discerning crowd who come to Peets for coffee. The service is excellent. Someone cleaned my table as soon as I sat down and was courteous. There's a one hour limit on parking in the plaza so just park on the street if you want to stay longer. The pastry selection is very good. Also unlike most major coffee chains Peets still leaves out sweeteners and half & half for customers. Most places have removed it. Highly recommend Peets Coffee. Wish we still had the Topanga Mall Peets location!

We're visiting from the east coast and Peet's is relatively close to our hotel. Truly the best coffee I've ever had and we'll be here every day during our stay.Our first visit wasn't stellar as they forgot part of our order and we had to wait quite a while for husband's ice coffee. Otherwise it's been great!

Today I tried the iced caramel latte and it was Devine! The service was great and the baristas were kind enough to give me suggestions when I told them I wanted to try something new. There plenty of parking out front and lots of tables inside for anyone who wants to get some work done. It's not too loud or overly busy and there is a bathroom available for customers. I love Peet's and was happy to visit a different location than the one I normally go to.

Peets is by far the best of the coffee chains.I also love that they have the vegan plant-based breakfast sandwich. It's delicious as is the oat matcha latte with a shot of espresso. I'm so happy Peets considers and offers vegan options.

For over a decade, I have remained a loyal patron of Peet's. Before COVID wreaked havoc, it was my ultimate coffee destination.I have been a loyal Peet customer for over a decade now. Prior to the pandemic, it was my preferred coffee destination. However, even with only a few in-store customers, the constant stream of online and mobile orders can cause a 30-minute wait for a hot beverage.

I have been a loyal customer at Peet's for over a decade. Up until COVID hit it, it was my fav coffee spot. Thankfully there are 2 new coffee shops very close by now, where customer standing in front of you is more important then an online order...Here at Peets, you have to wait for 20-25 min to get a hot beverage while there is barely a few people at the store, because online/mobile orders are coming non stop and they are piling up faster then an employee, who is talking to a person and asking what would they like and going to get the pastry.So, like an idiot, you stand there for 20-25 min ( maybe less, but feels like it ) and watch barista making all those iced complex drinks, while your hot beverage is waiting to be made, and then 2 shots of espresso are dumped into water that is not as hot as it should be and you don't really want to drink it anymore...While Peets have created the app and loves the increase in orders, they did not increase number or employees and did not add another coffee maker, so employees are stuck in the tiny space and it looks pretty sad.So, instead of coming here and feel like crap, I spend my money elsewhere. Talking about quality of coffee or food makes no sense, when I am not feeling welcome here w my "stupid" coffee order...

there’s a girl that works there looks like taylor swift from the upside down…kool-aid dipped blonde hair. she is crazy rude. ?i thought she put my drink out onto the counter and when i grabbed it she was like “that’s not for you??” and she snatched it back. absolutely did nothing to provoke her and the coffee was mid.
