My Persian friend Neda came to visit and wants me to try Persian food. She found Vanak online and we are trying it for the first time. It's located in the El Pollo Loco shopping center. This place looks nice and clean, they got a A grade. It has a nice ambience. I'm sure it looks a lot better in the evening. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The parking was ok. Saied took our order and was very patient and helpful. He wore a great smile and eye contact is a plus We had tons of questions about the food. He explained all about the food so patiently. The price is a bit high but they have good portions. They have such great customer service which is such a plus.. They let us sample a freshly made dessert. Usually with the amount of questions my friend had they would have been annoyed already. They were in the middle of a very big order and still tended to our tiny order. I'll definitely recommend and will be back.

Too bad there are no options less than one star ! Not sure about the food as order was refused by the manager/owner as "not today's promotion" when delivery person showed up for the order. Extremely rude, offensive person used words that should not even be repeated !!! Totally unprofessional, unacceptable way of dealing with paying customers ! Would never ever order from here, will tell everyone to avoid at all cost !

Walked in, it was empty, which was a shame because this chicken kabob is amazing. Much better than that pollo loco next door.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant. The warm and clean ambiance provided a welcoming atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a delicious breakfast. The pricing was affordable and reasonable, offering good value for the quality of the food and service. The owner was not only polite but also added a personal touch to the dining experience. The dishes were impeccably clean, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to hygiene. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a delightful and satisfying breakfast.Try Kalle Pacheh ?

On our way to my favorite kabob place I noticed that Google showed they had shut down. Dejected and hungry we decided to stop at Pollo Loco. Just about to enter the drive thru lane when I noticed this Persian restaurant and thought, I'm sure they have chicken kabobs. So we parked instead and went inside. Decently sized, the owner greeted us right away and offered us menus. I asked if they served kabobs and upon hearing yes, we ordered. Salads were brought to us first. Served cold and crispy, it wet our appetites for what was to come. There comes a point in cooking where it can become art, and let me tell you this was the Mona Lisa of meals. The rice was cooked to steamy perfection. The grilled tomato, lemon, and jalapeño were slightly charred to accentuate the fair as they should be. But it was the chicken that took the meal over the top. It was perfection. All courses were well proportioned, so I didn't think I'd be able to finish, but a combination of heat from the jalapeño, and not wanting to ruin the consistency of the chicken via microwave allowed me to finish. Highly recommended.

First of all before anything the service was 10 out of 10 for some reason on Google it showed close, but on yelp, it was open. Saied made it feel like I was at a family members restaurant while still bring the flavor. Mind you I was getting this service at 12:27 AM on a Sunday / Monday morning.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. I've tried so many new things here and have never been disappointed. They set the bar high for authentic Persian food in the valley. Highly recommend! 10/10
