Been here several times always great food, the service isnt the fastest but it isn't super slow, what I've ordered is always in the bag and the food is always hot and delicious no complaints here thank u jack n box for being n tehachapi

The workers here are great but it's fast food. There's only so wonderful that it can be!
I only gave 3 stars for service because it took so long to get our order. I walked to a donut shop across the parking lot, bought donuts, and came back, and my spouse still was in the drive thru waiting to get our order, which was two Breakfast Jack combos.

You have to pay for sauces. Went through the drive thru and we had to go out front to wait for it to be brought to the car. They forgot a large French Fry from our order but didn’t realize until we got home.

The staff blows full of additude and resentment and they fail Everytime it's like y'all sposed to be all smarter than the older generation but you can't even handle fast food this place beyond blows we will never go back I mean fast food isn't cheap and we have to pay for these sandbaggers the least they could do is pay attention super disappointed in the work ethic of today's youth...........they suck bad......

Went to buy gift card and they couldn't sell us one because their machine was broken. It's the only place to buy them. No stores carry them. We have checked them all.

The person taking the order was helpful in suggesting things served but not on the displayed menu. This is good for those with special diets.
I just ordered a Classic Buttery Jack and had to replace it because the bread was old and difficult to chew and then the new one had the bread burned.

I ordered a $25 dollar meal from there drive-thru and when I was given the food the employee had not provided us with a receipt or even give me the option to take the receipt. I had gotten off and demanded for a receipt and when they had finally provided me with the receipt for my meal they had overcharged me an additional $20 then what was my initial cost for my meal. Be careful when they don’t provide you with a receipt when you go to this Jack in the Box!!

Unfortunately, you can't give a I review with a 1.5. Three would definitely be strong and two would indicate satisfaction. I posted a photo with this review of my burger. This is not a combo. This is a $9 burger à la cart. Unfortunately for me, it looks like something that a child would get at public school for lunch. And if you have ever eaten the soggy paper thin bacon, it tastes like a public school lunch.
