These guys don’t stick to their hours. Their hours are that they are open until 9 PM. It even says it on their door yet here they are closing at eight.

Got a sandwich tonight and the gentleman who made it 12/4 didn’t seem happy to even be there. He was throwing the ingredients on my sandwich. Also he didn’t double wrap the sandwich and cut it while also cutting the paper so when I opened it everything fell apart. Not to mention drenched the bottom of my sandwich so it was super soggy when trying to eat.

Haven't ordered here since they messed up my order awhile ago. Owner called me and assured me he would talk to his staff. Decided to try it today and of course they messed up my simple order. Both sandwiches were suppose to have Italian Herb and Cheese bread which clearly states on my app and receipt. We got plain white bread. The chicken bacon ranch didn't have extra meat I clearly paid for. Very disappointed!

The food is typical Subway. Not gourmet but what we expected. This review isn't so much about the food but the way we were treated recently. My wife used the Subway app to take advantage of a deal, three sandwiches for the price of two. She entered the payment information but she wasn't paying attention and somehow got charged for three sandwiches rather than the two. We went into the store inside the Walmart and spoke to Joey and explained the problem. He kindly processed a refund and explained it could take several days for the refund to credit back to my account. He then offered to give us the online deal even though technically it was supposed to be done through the Subway app. Joey's kindness and understanding of the error was a breath of fresh air. Moreover, the refund credited to my account later the same day.

Sandwich is usually fine, but their bread is always moderately sour and vaguely off, even for a plain old italian.
