As many times as I've eaten at both locations I never thought I'd be writing a review on the quality of food. I always get the same thing. It's either the country fried steak or fish & chips, plus they have really good pancakes. After spending $25 and getting my to- go order home I could not believe what I saw when I opened the box and as you see in the picture it was a meal you wouldn't write home about. Needless to say after one bite it was trashed, but the cole slaw was good. There's no way anyone could tell me the cook had no idea this food was over cooked, but he/she boxed it up anyways. My sister ordered the same thing, but I do not know if her food looked as bad as mine. I just hope this has not become the norm. I will eventually eat here again, but it won't be in the near future. Check your food people before leaving.

This is the first time that we've been here Gracie ordered the full size fish and chips and I had Annie's Ruben The service was amazing and the food was delicious The fish and chips was a larger portion than Shamrock and less expensive Our service dog was welcomed with smiles We will be back very often Great restaurant and staff

Wahhh!!! Clearly under different ownership than the lovely ladies that had run it previously. We miss you, "Annie". Now Super slow service, wrong food, and undercooked.

I have been coming to Annie's cafe for 3 years and today I was very disappointed Terrible service, I asked for a medium/ rare sirloin steak and it was totally unacceptable overcooked Then They brought me the steak on vegetables at all I had to wait 15 minutes for it and it then the vegetables were frozen so I said to forget about since I had finished my food My husband's open turkey sandwich was cold too Very upset about everything

SO good! My hubby got the patty melt and I got eggs benedict, both were incredible! We'll definitely be back!

Food was excellent the menu is huge lots of variety the service was great we loved the pin game they had at the tables to play while waiting for our food. Decor is soooo cute London theme with knights and gear plenty to look at. Little gift shop was cute too. The server didn't explain special for Easter since it was our first time we didn't know and I ordered coffee and was never given a refill but hubby got a malt and he said it was the absolute best malt he has ever had we will be back

Fish and Chips is legit and other food menus are good. The staff is great, manager Emily, thanks for the great service.

Don't get coffee unless you want lipstick on the cup.. I asked for a fresh cup of coffee, Looks like they just cleaned the lipstick off. I tried to still drink it but then found something floating inside the cup! Home fries are not the best stick with regular fries! Oh & on top of that, hands me wrong check! I paid , and then as I'm walking out the door stops us to say we paid the wrong check, we owe more Guess things happen Breakfast for $65, they could have at least paid for the dirty coffee

Decent stop for breakfast. Everything was good, but just not great. Came here due to other reviews mentioning gluten free bread and pancakes available, and it is! Tried the gluten free pancakes with my omelet, and they were just OK. But I didn't get sick, and that's the most important. They said they cook them on a clean surface to avoid cross contamination, so this is much appreciated they are aware of these things other restaurants are not always doing.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast after reading reviews. We discovered that we had eaten here before (when it was a British restaurant). They still serve a proper British breakfast, as well as sell British items. Our waitress (Kirsty) was fantastic. Service and food were excellent. I ordered chicken fried steak, potatoes with onions, and poached eggs (which were cooked perfectly). My husband ordered the corned beef hash. Both portions were huge, and we had leftovers for the next day. As we were eating, suddenly the music got loud, and two of the waitresses performed a little dance routine. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

We waited too long for our order. Fish and chips were soggy when they arrived.

Our party of 5 was treated to the loveliest lunch with the most amazing server named Mimi.We came in towards the end of the day and had our 95 yo grandma w us, so we were moving a bit slow… but Mimi was patient and attentive the whole time.

Food has really dropped in value. I didn't finish my breakfast the last time I was there.
