Our family trio was craving some Asian food. We ordered Yang Chow Fried rice which was very good. Along with Salt and Pepper Fish. The batter on the fish is thick, dense, and lightly crisp. The Fish itself is firm, yet moist and flaky. Without sauce it's a little bland. However, topped with the included sauce it's delicious. The only issue was that the 2 dishes we ordered were served about 15 minutes apart. Ideally, all dishes should be served at the same time, or within minutes of each other. Our server was pleasant and did a very nice job. Overall, our meal was very nice.

Really bad quality; had Vietnamese bun pork was old; rice old and stale. Prices too high for level of quality. You would do better buying an instant noodle bowl!!!

Food was good. My only complaint would be that they brought the entree out first, before the appetizer and soup.

Foods are good, but service and wait time are always sloooow. Even though half of the place is empty??? And dark too kinda depressing…it’s not fine dining there’s no need for mood lighting.

On our third visit to this restaurant, this was one of the worst and very unpleasant experience. We ordered 4 entrees, all of which came out individually at different times. So when the noodles were finished, we got the calamari. And when that was finished, we got the tofu and rice. And by the time we got our steamed chicken it was over an hour. The steamed chicken was very cold. The waiter mentioned it was steaming. And then when we wanted it warmed and hot, they forgot about it. Another waiter said they forgot about it. That's why we got it so late. What we did notice, too, every customer that came 20 minutes after us, got their entire meal brought out to them. And having spoken to the Manager, he said they were understaffed. But, we saw around 6 on the floor and 4 giving out the dishes or serving people and the restaurant is not that big. Manager kept defending the wrong. And when I told him what the waiters said, he was surprised. He should have just said, how can we make it right? He never said anything to that affect. They didn't even treat a Platinum card holder with great service. Rather, poor service. We are never returning there.

I had a great dining experience here. The pho was excellent along with the service I received. The green tea was also really good. Well done...

$28 bowl of oxtail pho and I ate the entire thing! Absolutely delicious! Thank you. I wasn't feeling very good and this was worth every penny! It made me feel much better all around.

Food is actually good but I gave them a 2 star due to the facts that it's not very accessible for disabled customers because it's very crowded because the spacing of the tables is to close to each other. Me and my family brought my disabled dad for a special occasion and had to wait for them to rearrange the tables for us to be able to sit down. And if your not Asian there not going to treat you with good service I had to walk to the front justbto get a refill horrible customer service!!!!!

Our waiter today with a bun barely did any service for us and did not fix my order which was the garlic noodle with braised meat which is suppose to have red curry sauce. After showing it to him he said that was the correct dish and did not look or smell anything or taste like curry. Had to ask another waiter about it and he grabbed the dish to ask the chef to fix it but then the guy with the bun said if I wanted anything else..like this thing is on the menu and all of a sudden they can’t make it?!? I think some waiters don’t care about customer service because there’s an automatic service fee. Food is overpriced here.

Pechanga is one of my favorite casino's to go to and one reason is being that they gave great restaurants to offer their patrons. Bamboo restaurant offers cuisine Chinese, Korean, and Filipino dishes. It's so nice to know there is a variety of Asian foods on their menu depending on what you are in the mood for. Today, my husband and I ordered chicken fried rice and salt and pepper fish. The chicken fried rice was made perfectly. It was NOT oily/greasing that can often leave a person feeling sick after eating. The chicken was nice pieces of white meat. The salt and pepper fried fish was cooked perfectly as well;not heavily battered and no oily taste to it. Fish was cooked thoroughly and didn't have a slimy taste inside and also had a just right crunch to it. Dip it with some vinegar and fresh pressed garlic and it is absolutely delish. We didn't finish or entrees and have some left overs to take home. Our server was Aero and he was very nice. Filled up our water without being asked and check on us to see if we needed anything else. He was very attentive and that is always appreciated. We came on a Tuesday and had lunch around 12:30 pm and it wasn't too busy during this time. However, I have seen this place during the evening dinner and weekends, where the line is long and the wait can be at least one hour so plan accordingly when coming here. The restaurant has a somewhat of a dim lighting. The tables are placed where there is enough space between patrons and they can accommodate large parties. Overall, our experience was a positive one, hence the 5 star rating. I highly recommend this place as you will not be disappointed.

This place is located in Pechanga Casino and if you have comp dollars then it's definitely worth using it here. If you don't have any comp money then it is quite pricey. Food was delish and authentic. I loved the lobster with noodle and I liked how they used the crispy egg noodle unlike other asian restaurants they use a fatter rice noodle. Pork belly and tofu was delish. Fried rice was also spot on and a good serving size, but for $25 it was still a bit much. Only reason why I'm giving it a 4 was because our service was super super slow. Our gal just was very good and attentive. It's too bad would have loved to give this a 5.

Fast with our order each time and lots of staff to assist. Not too busy or crowded. Could be more options for vegans though.
