My server forgot my food order, it made it to the table after all my friends finished their food. Even my server was confused and asked me where my food order went. They said they can talk to management and the best they could do is $3 off my $50 food order. Not planning on ever coming back.

After struggling to find a restaurant to eat at around the area we decided to stop by here. Everything was actually decent. Nothing we got was nasty. Everything was actually good. Decent prices on food and drinks. Turns into a club at night.

The ambiance here is great. It is in the heart of Temecula. The hostess at the podium outside was not there. We went into the restaurant to look for someone to help us. We were told to sit anywhere outside since it would be a 35 minute wait inside. They were busy on a Saturday at 4p.m. the outside was not busy because it was cold! They have heating lamps on the ceiling but they were minimally working. They had one portable heater but that was not working. Our waiter was awesome! Wished I remembered his name. He was attentive and gave some recommendations. We had to drink the Berry mocktail 7/10 which was OK. I don't really like seeds in my drinks. It was $9 and the presentation could've been better. As a starter we had the asada barrel 8/10. It was good but I would've liked more asada. The taste tots were crunchy and not soggy. The smoked tomato bisque was not great 6/10. My husband liked it but I didn't care for it. Next was the hot stone experience skirt steak. I give this a 8/10. The steak was a little hard to chew. I don't understand why it came with a cup of tomato soup! What an odd combo. Rice and beans would've been a better option. I didn't like the first cup and now I'm stuck with a second. Anyway, we also got the Chipotle chicken empanada. There were 3 of them for$18 and that's all, nothing else. They were good 9/10 but not worth the high price! Finally, we got the dessert platter. The brownies came out hard and cold. I wasn't expecting it to be that cold. It was OK. 8/10. The Berry empanada were amazing 10/10. I would get just that next time. Yum! The churros were your OK 8/10. The vanilla ice cream was buried in whipped cream. Tasted like they bought it at the store. 7/10. When we left at around 6p.m. the hostesses was standing at the outside entrance. They were not friendly at all, no goodbye. I would say the best service came from the waiter hence the 4 stars and overall the food was good. I would come back again.

Awful service and mediocre food this time! The server took forever to bring drinks, forgot when we asked for something else and then actually charged $1 for a super tiny side of salsa. Who does that? We asked for drink refills but they never came so we walked up to the bar to ask for a refill and the rudest bartender ever just straight up said "No! Ask your server for refills!" You gotta be kidding me with that customer service. If you're in the service industry act professional and don't be a jerk to your paying customers. Otherwise find another job already! Definitely not coming back here again.

Arrived right after brunch. Food looks good for brunch as there were a lot of people waiting for tables when we walked by. We waited for the crowed to dissipate and decided to go there for lunch. Service is slow. Not sure if it is bc we were a party of 6 with picky eaters who requested some complicated changes to their orders. Nevertheless she asked to see if changes could be accommodated and the kitchen staff agreed. Food came out quickly. My friend and I shared the street tacos. I added a house salad. Salad was good and dressing was made in house too. Tacos were tasty but when you're from LA area, street tacos are the bomb and can't be beat. Sodas and water weren't refilled without having to ask. It was another server who refilled our drinks for us. She rarely checked on us. It took awhile to get our bill too. We sat outside with the heat lamps on. Don't sit near the entrance behind the hostess stand. If it's a breezy day, like the day we went, it is pretty cold and the heat lamps don't do its justice i recommend bringing a jacket to wear to stay warm. Unfortunately we left a bit disappointed. Food was good but not enough to feel like it's worth coming back. If there's any consideration, I'd come for brunch since that seems to be the place to be. When we were there for lunch, it was pretty quiet and we were pretty much the only ones there eating. The patrons that came in went to the bar. Sadly no pictures.

They didn't bring them out until 40 mins later, after we brought it up to our servers. Our drinks took forever and were watered down and very basic. The food was boring and bland. Service was sparse even with having such a large group. We had to ask for extra utensils because we weren't given enough. After all of that, we were still charged a gratuity "because it's automatic ."This place is all hype. I wouldn't even recommend it to people I don't like.

Be Good is NOT good!!! Terrible service, vomit on the floor (which they just left there). The atmosphere is obnoxious, dirty and loud. the soup was awful! The rest of the food was mediocre. They ran out of many food items on their menu. They didn’t seat us for almost an hour after our reservation time! And it took another hour just to get our food. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

I have been here for several occasions and have had a great experience each time! We came once to celebrate a friends birthday and ever since then we have celebrated multiple friends birthdays here. Our waiter was cool enough to put us in the biggest room in the back because we had a large party but we couldn't hear the outside music so they turned the tv on for us and gave us the remote to have free reign to put on whatever music we liked! 10/10 recommend their margarita flights, every flavor is great so you get a taste of everything. Will definitely come back again!
