You ask for a fat schmear, you get a fat schmear! Best bagel I have ever had! I've never been to New York, but I imagine it would taste like this ❤ ❤

I was really disappointed, the service was awful! It was our first time going in and the young man helping us looked like he could care less about helping us. He had the biggest blankest look in his face the whole time. The food was not great because we weren’t sure how to order and our bagel sandwiches had no sauce or cream cheese or anything it was dry and not good. The man that rang us up was also very dull and had zero personality, I don’t think I saw a single worker smile. We will not be going back.

Expensive, very small portions, taste OK, messed up my order, I don’t think they include creamer and sweeteners on their online orders. Would not recommend if it’s your first time ever having a bagel.

Bagels were good, exactly like every other bagel shop you've been too, but I'd say the best one in the Temecula area.

We have been searching for a true New York style bagel for a while. Bruggers definitely comes close with a nice chewy bite and not just a bread donut like most places.

Service is meh, typical food place service I guess. Foods bomb tho, the Herby turkey is my favorite thing with an onion bagel as the choice of bagel. Food 8.5/10.

Good food and good service. The staff were amazing and friendly. I wish the brisket came with a little more meat but it was filling.

Good service. I really enjoyed their cinnamon sugar bagel with their honey walnut cream cheese. Yum. But their bagels are on the small side. And I was very disappointed in my peppered bacon bagel sandwich. I was expecting a nice thick peppered bacon. But I got instead those thin microwaveable bacon.

Amazing food and I love the quality of it. It's soo good. But the problem is the stock. They never have sesame or plain instill and they need to get it together. I walked in there twice in a week and they had no bagels..like what the heck. Get more stocks!!! Otherwise the service and the facility is really good.

Grew up going here every morning before school, and make sure to stop by every time I'm in town. Sadly service was really slow and after waiting a total of 30 mins sucks to say all three of our bagels were burnt..

Ordered a sandwich (first) and a dozen bagels to go (after eating my sandwich). The sandwich was OK. WAY too much cream cheese. The bagels to go were for an office brunch and the overwhelming comment was that they were "bready" like a grocery store bagel, and did not have that essence of bagel or the right texture. I've gotten bagels here fairly regularly before and something definitely changed (besides the prices, which have gone up quite a lot). But I'm willing to say it was a fluke and maybe someone forgot a step, because every other time they've been good.Every time I go in here I seem to get a staff member with a bad attitude (not something I regularly experience other places), some people won't even look at you and mumble at their shoes. The nice gentleman who used to manage the place is gone and the people in there now act like you're annoying them when you order. Finally, the line management is super poor and holds the store up during busy times. If I'm going through and just want to order bagels, I end up stuck behind people who have large qty hot food orders almost every time, and the staff will stand there making the hot food, not looking at or addressing the customers. Since there is no ordering on the app, the line is way longer than it needs to be if people buying just bagels are stuck in the same line as hot food orders, and there's no prioritizing going on.Sadly, still the best bagels this side of town, but that's more a commentary on the lack of selection than anything in Bruegger's favor any more.

Waited in line for 25 minutes. Management: This place needs some serious training on how to improve their line times or more staffing.

I love Bruegger's Bagels and miss them a lot now that I don't live in Southern California anymore. This Bruegger's was hella busy when I visited on a Saturday morning. There was a line of people that snaked around the restaurant and almost touched the door. So, if you visit on a weekend morning, bring your appetite but also bring your patience. The menu is straightforward and simple: just bagels and bagel sandwiches, for the most part. I got bagel sandwiches for myself and my family, three of which were the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich. You can customize your sandwich, to a point: you choose whether you want a whole egg or egg white, select the type of cheese you want, toasted or untoasted bagel, and an option to add extras. I got the Smoked Salmon breakfast sandwich, which comes with cream cheese, capers, raw onion, and tomato on a plain bagel. I liked it a lot, but in retrospect I probably should have picked a sandwich that didn't have so many bad-breath-causing agents in it, because I ate it right before my mom's memorial, when I was about to be all up in people's faces. Oh well. When you're grieving, you don't think about those kinds of things, I guess. In any case, everyone liked their bagel sandwiches, including me. I'm glad I got to visit Bruegger's while I was in the Temecula area.
