It's burger king, and in that regard it's ok.What isn't ok is that the entire restaurant was very smoky the two times I've been there in the past year or two. The visits were at least several months apart, maybe about a year. Obviously their kitchen ventilation has issues.Fortunately they have a separated kids' play area that wasn't smoky, so I could eat out there. Several kids were really enjoying themselves, and their laughter was kind of uplifting.The health department should have done something about the ventilation issues by now. I feel so bad for the workers, let alone the customers.Parking: Very large shared lotKid-friendliness: Play areaWheelchair accessibility: Totally level with easily accessible tables.
Manager was rude. Why were they playing Mexican music loud as though we were straight out of Tijuana??? Have them never play that again in your restaurant. Thanks.

This place is slow. The food has a lot to be desired. There’s never enough employees. People constantly complaining about their orders. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re coming on your lunch break. You’ll be late back to work. This location is the worst !!!! They don’t even greet you and they’re just rude. Also overpriced !!!

They told me almost everything i asked for was currently unavailable. My husband and I ended ordering something we didn't even want. We pay for the food we settled for and asked if we could get some BBQ and ranch. She gave us 1 ranch, 1 bbq, and 3 ketchup packets for 2 large meals. She proceeded to tell me that it was an additional 29 cents for any more sauce we want. I ended up throwing my $10 meal away. The fries were really gross and the burger I ordered cam with a stale bun, small patty, 3 little soggy onion rings, and a literal dot of bbq sauce.

My recent visit to Burger King left much to be desired. The service fell short, lacking a warm welcome, and my whopper was missing key ingredients – lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. What's more, the absence of a receipt raised concerns about accountability for the incomplete order. This disappointing experience has led me to reconsider future visits.
