This is a garbage restaurant as everyone hopefully knows. This one star review is for the big sign saying that you're open on Christmas Day. Nobody is excited for you to serve GMO stockpile foods to poor people, while you keep your workers away from their families without a paid holiday. I hope these corporate cronies get picked up by somebody's cousin Eddie and treated similarly. Merry Christmas!

The people who work here can not do their job properly. They are rude, take forever to answer you when you pull up to the speaker. And they’ll mess up your order. Not worth it. I love Carl’s but the service here is making it disappointing each time. Never fails to disappoint at this location.

Ordered three times and left before ordering twice due to waiting for someone to take my order. Those three times the food like other reviews say old food or not what I ordered. I’m impressed with how consistently bad this location of Carl’s Jr is. Do your self a favor and go to Burger King.

Where do I even start! I ordered over $20 in food. Got home and literally every item in my order was rock hard between the chicken patties, chicken stars, buns, soda not having any carbonation, and even the fries were cold. If it was one item it wouldn’t have been an issue, but every single item is just sad. I had called and tried to get it resolved. They told me they would write my name down, and I would get my food replaced. End of discussion. Well the next day I tried to come back and I get my order replaced, and I was told by the general manager Ariel, that he would not be replacing my order unless I brought my food back from the day prior. I had informed him the food was thrown away since it was from the day before. He told me there’s no way he would replace my order and he would only give me 50%off. How is this the customers fault when they weren’t even told to bring the food back? He flat out refused and gave attitude and gave me a hard time cutting me off while I tried to speak and explain myself. He blamed me for the girl taking the call only being 16 years old and not knowing better! I can’t understand how I’m at fault for that, but he continued to blame me for that. I kept telling him there was no food it was trashed, and he just continued to argue and not try to hear me out. Not one time did I get an apology for the food being inedible. Not one care of the customer AT ALL. He actually was putting the blame on me, and acted like I was to blame for my experience. I left feeling absolutely horrible and felt robbed of my money. This place needs to be responsible for their employees putting out UNSAFE food, cause I can’t imagine getting chicken that old could be healthy. At this point I don’t want anything but people to know to stay away from this place at all costs. Between the disgusting food, and absolutely horrible service by the general manager Ariel, it was just bad :( Please take my word for it. Go to another location! ?♀️

This was the cleanest Carl's Jr we have been to in a really long time. Our food tasted fresh and was delicious. Ariel took our order and made sure that our custom order was correct. We will definitely be driving past our closer location to come to this location (Rancho California Rd) in the future.
