My family and I always come here for a quick bite to eat before the movies and they never get our orders wrong. It is mall food, but you cant knock it. It's quick and convenient for those who are in for a quick bite to eat. It's so good especially with the extra provolone cheese in a cheesesteak. You can't really go wrong.

I've been a fan of Charley's for a long time, ever since I was teenager and would eat it at the mall! It has a unique taste you really can't find anywhere else. I love the most basic, classic cheesesteak sandwich, with all the toppings. The fries are good too. I wish there were more of these places NOT inside malls though because it makes going there spontaneously very difficult.

Hello all,Great food at an expected food court price. Fresh cooked right in front of you so you can see most of the action. I didn't wait too long as there was not many people around today. We order the original cheesesteak which was awesome. Loved the side of pickles. Then an order of ultimate fries. Always love those. Service was fast and friendly, not to mention a free lemonade with my check in. The food court was the normal blend of sounds and people shopping around. Today there was plenty of seating and lots of people watching going on. Quick tip: the large drinks are in fact large so you do get your moneys worth.

Horrible customer service.... Chris is terrible hes not a customer service guy at all... and every time they make a mistake. ...They don't care about what you like in the sandwich.

Horrible customer service ...they don't care about what you asked ingredients inside your sandwich. They don't care about what you like inside your sandwich. If you live 20 miles away.... they want you to come back with a receipt for them to give you a replacement instead of just apologizing which is very. Again terrible custome service.

I was there today and the cashier name Daina.The service was bad.she ask me if I I want my sandwich to be combo and I said yes and she even ask me if I want french fries.I said to her yes I want a combo with fries.And then I got my sandwich she didn't put the fries.I told her I want my fries,and then her manager said I owe a dollar something more if I want the fries.I told her I'm not paying anymore because is not my falt is in Ur side falt .very bad service and the staff are not friendly.
Great Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, my wife and I read the reviews and decided to give it a try! Bread was soft and hot, the meat to bread ratio was on point! Much better than Geno’s or Pat’s in Philly…. Lol! Great overall experience, oh and the fries were fresh and perfect! Customer service was also great! This place gets a 9.3/10

It has been years since We have been to a Charley's but We always loved their cheesesteaks. This was Our first visit to the Temecula Charley's and it was our last, We are never eating there again. Our cheesesteak came out in less than a minute after ordering it and it was dried out and and barely warm. We were hungry and just ate the sandwich. I do not know it is just this Charley's or all of them but We will never try any Charley's again. We thought We were getting a great deal by downloading the App. and getting $5 off $15 or more. Worst cheesesteak We have ever had.

First time trying this Philly cheese steak fast food place. Should have downloaded the app to get the $5.00 discount as the cost is a little high. 8.00 for a small sandwich. The meat was warm and I suspect it is a formed and flaked meat and no comparison to Pat's or Gino's in south Philly the toppings were goodThe service adequate but for the money I think subway has a better deal

Tried Charlys for the first time tonight. I ordered the "New Kentucky Bourbon Cheesteak" without sauteed onions. What I got was a flat bun, with various sizes of chopped beef, tough, almost burned. They were scattered on the bun, on top of unripe tomatoes, and sprinkled with what were supposed to be French Onion Crisps, but were more like the size of panko breadcrumbs. Being called a Cheesesteak, I expected, well, cheese. NOPE. NADA. But they did toss around random Jalapeno slices, which im allergic to. All in all, it's probably the worst sandwich I've ever seen, let alone tasted.
