The absolute worse chipotle i’ve ever been to the staff is rude and horrible at there jobs. They constantly run out of product hours before close time so you can’t order what you truly want! For how much these employees get paid it’s ridiculous. makes me never want to spend my money there again

First time at this location. the place was dirty, the floor, all the tables and there was a pile of garbage in a corner. Never saw a place with such poor management in LA. The kitchen may be a disaster as well. Do something! Health Department should stop by, fine you and get you at least a C.

What an awful location. My mobile order was about 15 minutes late. Then it was missing food. Receipt was on the bag, and yet it still only had 1 of 3 items. Then they forgot my drink. The seating area was totally dirty. Worse was behind the counter, the food area was unsanitary and unkept. Old dirty gloves on the floor, chips thrown on the counter. See included picture. What really upsets me is the “customer service”. Terrible! A bunch of 19 year olds that couldn’t care less. Insult to injury- I tipped ahead of time since it was a mobile order. This is why automatic tipping is nonsense! Will not be coming back, and will advise those I know to do the same. Rubio’s is across the street. Go there instead.

i placed a online order through the mobile app and when i picked it up and brought it home my burrito wasn’t folded properly so once i grab it everything fell out and then what was left of it tasted gross and old. i typically go to the other location but decided to go here since it was closer to where i was and never again. highly disappointed in the quality.

Filthy!! Many food items out so had to wait. Small portions. Cashier was too busy playing on their phone and argued about charging for a whole side when I just wanted a little bit of sour cream. Emailed corporate and pretty much no solution other than 'we'll do better next time'. This store is run by a bunch of teenagers who don't care.

I like choosing Chipotle since I can customize my meal and the food is always good. The servers at the food station were friendly. Cashier needs more training. Could not do math for customer before me when given extra pennies to reduce change. Having a delicious shredded beef bowl right now. Don't come often but realized one thing that most locations have in common. Dirty tables. CLEAN THE DAMN TABLES! Dirtiest restaurant chain ever!

Worst experience. Went in to pickup my food. Found that my bag had someone else's food. 30 min after I was do to pick up my food I asked still was not ready. I asked if I could have chips and guacamole since I'd been waiting so long they said no. 15 min later I asked the cashier, he got an attitude and said the manager was taking care of it. I asked to speak with the manager, the cashier said they were coming. 1 full hour later and a few minutes I asked where the manager was. The manager comes out gets an attitude with me and says. "You want your food right?". At this point I wasn't just hungry I was angry. I have been going to chipotle since they opened in the East coast as I've moved around alot. No one has ever screwed up my order like this and no one has ever given me attitude and then to also get it from the manager. This was outrageous. I also don't write reviews but this experience needed to be put out. If I could put negative stars I would.

Honestly the worst experience at a chipotle. The employees were not friendly or inviting. The guy behind me was standing there for a long time and no one greeted him or told him they would be right with him. A girl was standing right in front of him and looked totally annoyed that she was even working and never looked at it him. My guacamole was brown. The chips were soft like they were old. It was really unfortunate I chose to come here versus the taco shop because it would be better but definitely not. If you own this franchise I would send people you know and to see for themselves What kind of service your employees are offering.

The short African American girl working on 02/06/24 at 6pm was very rude. Not only that but minimal portions even on rice, she was very sloppy slapping the utensils around and just overall bad customer service and rude! Will not be visiting this location again.
