First time to a Crumbl Cookie and the product did not disappoint.I was expecting to drop around $20 for 3 cookies and we came in around $16 for 4! Way better than expected!The cookies were like soft baked, warm and gooey- seemingly fresh out of the oven!There was one that was cold but it seemed to be pulled from refrigeration so I am guessing the caramel wouldn't melt (?).We were the only customers there until after we ordered and then a line formed. I just love these cookies! I found this shop several months back, snd they never disappoint. Great customer service, product always on point, and tasty!!I recommend them to even the most pickiest cookie lover!’
