Coffee was very delicious! I roast my own coffee because I can’t stand the taste of of stale coffee! The coffee has a well rounded flavor created by those who enjoy coffee. The coffee drinks are not way to sweet like many other coffee shops that try to make their coffees taste better by masking it with sugar. These guys know coffee!

I made a quick pit-stop when visiting in Temecula & came upon this nice, local coffee shop. My 2-shot coffee was quick, delicious & kept me going all day & the croissant was fresh & tasty. The service people were friendly & professional!

Went to East Coffee this morning to get my latte which I get regularly and it’s hot. Today’s latte was lukewarm and I went back in and said it’s Luke warm so they microwaved it and told me they couldn’t remake it because it wasn’t their policy or their standards. Unfortunately I will not be coming here again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a coffee shop

Boyfriend and I stopped here for breakfast while visiting Temecula and their açaí bowls were phenomenal! Vegan and gluten free (except for the peanut butter bowl which has chocolate chips). Friendly service; and I especially appreciated how the bowls were served in actual ceramic ware (less plastic waste).

I love their coffee and food but the service is a real hit or miss. Most of the employees here always seem like they hate their lives, not very welcoming, a bit unfriendly even. The only person who has ever greeted me with a smile every time is YuJin.It’d be nice if they all had more positive energy.

We started going here because we fell in love with the croissants. We were almost going daily at one point. We will now take our money elsewhere. The staff is extremely rude and not professional. They made us feel like an inconvenience. One employee seemed too busy to serve us when there were no other patrons in the establishment. Very unfortunate.

Went to this coffee shop a few times. But this last time I went I ordered a coffee to go tipped the lady & sat down & waited. I had been sitting there waiting & saw two ladies walk in about 4-5 min after me who ordered a coffee to go & got one coffee HANDED to them & then walked over to them while they chatted. After about 8 mins of waiting I walked all the way over to the end of the counter & there was my coffee… they didn’t call my name or even point to itSo I asked if it was mine & the guy said “yea” as he walked passed me to other coffee he was delivering to the nice ladies talking. Not happy with my experience & hate to pull the race card, but it was really disappointing to see someone else getting higher treatment with something as simple as coffee .

They are a pricy Starbucks nothing more. The cinnamon roll was amazing but my only complaint was that it was pricy. I wanted a home town feeling but instead I got a Starbucks feeling.

Good coffee. Açaí bowl was rock hard and had skimpy toppings. Staff was socially awkward and not welcoming. London fog was bland.
