This place is my sister and I guilty pleasure, whenever we want wings this is one of the first places we think of, the wings always have a pungent flavor and the wings are crispy, their breadsticks are worth killing for and for some odd reason their coke from the soda fountain is immaculate! Come try!

This review is for the Temecula Winchester location....Got me an order of garlic Parmesan bone in wings. It is really tasty and delicious. It came with 2 bread sticks, a few slices of carrots and celery, and the dipping blue cheese sauce. It's very good. Also got their salad with lemon pepper chicken slices, and the chipotle ranch dressing. Very good combination. Very satisfying. Last order was a boneless garlic Parmesan combo, it's crunchy and delicious. Also came with 2 bread sticks, carrots and celery, and ranch dipping sauce. The food was great, the service was very slow. Also did not get utensils that I requested. The cashier didn't seem to care or put any effort to make sure you get what you asked for. The place is quiet and clean. Lots of people waiting for their orders.

My son walked into Epic wings and was helped my a fantastic member named Justin. He was patient, kind and attentive. His ability to 'read the room' was what made this experience so special. Most importantly he shows kindness with no expectation of anything in return. The food is amazing, they always deliver. I'm just happy to run into people like this in life.

This time we dined in and my Husband enjoyed having a pitcher of beer that he never tried before. Service is kind and helpful if you dine in or if you call in your order. I highly recommend trying.

They lost my ticket after sitting waiting for almost an hour. Thanks for the free bread I guess but idk why it would take an extra 25 minutes for my food to be made when you know Ive been waiting for that long already, can't expedite a single order of epic fries?

Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food location. Ordered my food put in time for 730 pm to get my food. Drove 25 mins to the Winchester location as this is the closest to be told I had to wait another hour and 30 minutes. Why would app not be turned off of adjusted to reflect this. My money was taken right away. I spent an hour total driving back and fort 2 times. Associates were no pleasant and manager seemed overwhelmed said owner needs to be told so I hope the owner is reading this. I will never return to any location as this experience was this unpleasant.
This location not only has the rudest customer service, but also it never have your food ready on time. I will not order from this location again they say one time and then another 20 minutes passes. Then the "accidently" give your order away and have no explanation for it. Refused a refund and had to wait for them to remake my order. To top it. I wasn't even priority. Avoid

OK soooo...the better location disappointed me too. I literally order the same thing every time I go...so a 6 piece of all flat medium wings shouldn't be too hard to look at for just a few seconds.The HUGE feathers were totally out of line on a couple of pieces, grosss! ***PLUS there were 2 teeny, tiny, super small nugget-like "wings" in the batch that DEFINITELY should have been thrown out before making it to the final order. Ugh...

This location handles a lot of online orders, so I recommend also putting your order in ahead of time, or else the wait time is a bit lengthy. Other than that, the food was on point, and the breadsticks were great as always!
