I wish I had pictures but we are scarfed our food down before we could even go there! The sandwiches were exactly how they were supposed to and the service was friendly and quick! Only thing to note was the soda machine only had a very select amount of “sugar-free” sodas.

Careful going here when it’s later than the dinner rush. Wife and I ordered two sandwiches around 8pm. Walked in and literally had to wait close to 7 minutes before I had to speak, loudly, and o get my food. Dude didn’t greet me, didn’t say a single word except for a very ungrateful “have a good day” after I got my food in hand. It was so much that I had to actually tell him that I was sorry for interrupting him, which I don’t do. I understand customer service can be hell but is it too much to just “hey how’s it going” attitude? Anyways, we get home only to find out the edits that wife AND me didn’t get our edits when we paid for them. Just be careful and order in store and watch them make it, or just avoid it. I personally will not go back to this place.

The service here sucks. They always have attitudes & never greet you when you walk in or tell you it will be just a minute. Its very unwelcoming energy and I don't want my food made my people who are rude.

Staff is moving really slow for a sandwich place. And there's two of them here. They are just talking and talking instead of prioritizing to get the orders done. It's upsetting to see the lack of urgency.

The meatballs in my sandwich we're burnt and hard. The two employees had attitudes and one was wearing a "Playboy Bunny" hat, not appropriate for a business. I won't eat again.

I have been wanting to try Firehouse Subs for a few years now but now I finally live one and we were just disappointed. It was My birthday and I had already joined there rewards program and received a free medium sandwich with any purchase over a $1.00. I was informed in the email that I can order online in the app. or order in the store but that was not the case. In the store I was told I could only order it online but it was just not giving me a free sandwich, it was wanting to charge me full price. I went back to the counter and the second employee just had a rude personality overall, this whole process has now taken 30 minutes and no resolution yet we were very hungry. It turned out there rewards system was down so they finally did it manually. The third employee brought into the situation was the one who came up with the solution but the rude employee said "If you do it that way then his reward will not be redemed", implying I could get a free sandwich later. I said nothing but her many rude comments just put Me in a bad mood on My actual birthday. We finally got our sandwich and it was good but not worth the regular price of $11.99 for 7 to 8 in sandwich and it was awkward to eat. After finishing I went up to the register to order another sandwich and the rude employee walked right past me and went into the back room. I waited patiently knowing she knew I was waiting but she took her time. Finally I heard her and the other employees talking back there (note it was an open doorway to the side back area and they were very close). I finally spoke up and said can I order please but no one responded or came out. It was ridiculous that a business during lunch time has no employees in front at all. One of the other customers finally spoke up to me and said just go back there and get them, I peeked around the corner and said I wanted to order. They finally came out and then slowly made our next sandwich, which was good but small and overpriced. My Fiance was not happy at all with the service and was not that impressed with the sandwiches. I was willing to give them another chance if there were specials in the future. We went to Starbucks to get My free birthday drink and the service was so friendly and incredible by everyone, it took Me out of My bad mood and just made My day. After experiencing the incredible service at Starbucks we both decided to We do not need to visit Firehouse Subs again. Honestly Jersey Mike's has much better sandwiches and even I really like Subway better then Firehouse Subs.

Rough experience at this location. Ordered online for pick up. When I arrived, the young man working was not friendly and did not seem like he had any enjoyment in his job. When I got my order, he forgot to give us the soda cup and cookie that came with my son's order. When I got the cup, the syrup was out on many of the sodas. I returned home to eat and found the order was made incorrectly. My kids grilled cheese was made on a wheat roll when the mobile order photo clearly shows sliced bread. Thank god my picky son ate it. Also my sandwich had items on it that were supposed to be on the side. The big thing for me is I asked for no pickles and he placed a pickle directly on top of the sandwich. This caused my entire sandwich to be inedible. The order tape that the employee goes off of happened to be in the bag. It clearly stated what my order should have been and he obviously chose not to read it. This is a perfect example of a business hiring employees who don't care about their job or the quality of their work. I'm a fan of their sandwiches but I guess now I have to go though the process of checking every order I make there.

My 1st visit, Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the girls working today, (7/18), but they were very courteous and accommodating. I asked if they could customize the firehouse steak and cheese sub so that my kids could split it and the girl who makes the subs was so kind to make it that way and even wrapped them separately. The atmosphere was cute and had a cool by our house thing. We will definitely be back!
