Rubio's is one of my favorite places to eat because of the amazing food and service. I've always been treated well when I eat here and they make sure your food gets out quickly. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 - 10 minutes for my food. Now, I know what you're thinking. Is the food actually good? Sometimes things should take longer if it's actually great food. Well the answer is yes, they have phenomenal food!! Plus the scenery is very nice and makes for a comfortable meal experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Mexican or sea food. You won't be disappointed!!

This location is my local Rubio's. The food there is great. The service is not. I regularly go there and most of the employees are rude. They genuinely seem like they don't like their job and don't want to be there. I go out of my way to eat at other locations since this one always disappoints me.

Alex, one of the managers, really made my first visit to this location easy. It was all about I had 490 points that were going to expire and I could use them for a free drink or dessert. And then I had another survey coupon for a free drink or dessert. But I felt the computer may not let me use both on the same transaction so I wanted the employee to make it two tacos for this transaction and two tacos for another transaction so I could use both vouchers that have expiration dates. Well it got so complicated to do on my phone so Alex took over and he just gave me the 2 free items and made it one transaction was a lot faster. I thank Alex and I'm having a good meal. I'm getting everything to go and packaged separately cuz I make the tacos at home. Maybe two tomorrow night and put the fillets in my toaster oven and make it all like from scratch from the ingredients they package separately here today.So Five Yelp stars is for Alex's service.

The rice was old and so crispy I thought my teeth would break. We went around closing time and you can tell there was less effort to make the food. A previous time at this exact location, they got my order wrong, and when I went back to fix it I heard them complaining in the kitchen out loud. Rude cashiers and terrible customer service. All of that for 70 dollars.

So disappointed because my order came out wrong. Ordered around 6pm today and the guy was rushing to take my order. I said I didn't want chili lime tajin, that's it. I ended up with a bland bowl without chili lime tajin, guac, and chipotle sauce.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This is the only Rubio location I go to around Temecula. My order is the same and comes out perfect every time. I have been enough times to know the staff and they are all amazing and very friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Every single time I order takeout from this location I never get any salsa in my orders even when I ask for it!! Please a little bit of advice to help your location and the business, PUT SALSA AND REGULAR CONDIMENTS WITH YOUR TO GO ORDERS!!! Pull your heads out yo back sides!!!! Who eats burritos and tacos and chips without salsa!! Quit being cheap!!!
What's with the AC on full blast in Dec?? No one wants to sit on a restaurant and freeze their a** off while dining. To many restaurants still think it's the middle of August. Today is the first day of Winter

I like this specific Rubio's a lot food is great and consistently good. Always busy but there service is very good considering how busy they are. I really really like the California bowl it's huge and packed with food. And always a must is the beer battered fish burrito. They also have a salsa bar with 4 or 5 different salsas and jalapeños. Place is clean as far as I can tell so definitely no complaints there.

Shoutout to manager on duty last night that helped us. Someone had taken our to go order and they remade the order quickly and paid for it for us. It was a super frustrating situation (being pregnant with a two year old In tote) but they rectified it immediately.

I ordered the mango avocado salad.. AVOCADO IS IN THE NAME, but my salad on my maybe three small slices of avo... makes no sense when you pay $13.00 for an avocado salad. The salad came out with all wilted brown wet lettuce.. gross and when I asked for fresh lettuce the cook person proceeded to mock me and laugh that it was a stupid request in the back where I could obviously see them.. then they used the same lettuce with different on top.. GROSS. My boyfriends burrito was all rice no avocado.. not worth it to keep sending it back to just be mocked with shitty service.. long dark brown black hair was the guy in the back making shitty food.
