Too greasy and terrible service It's gone downhill fast. Dont get the yucca fries they were swimming in grease and I Couldnt finish my meal. Complained they did nothing. All the women there have the worst attitude.

Let me start by saying, my husband was born in Cuba. Though they immigrated years ago, his mother always only prepared Cuban meals. This place rivals his mother's cooking. It is authentic Cuban cuisine. If you've never tried it. They usually use garlic, cumin, and lemon seasonings. Not spicey...and oh so delicious! When you walk in, you may be put off by the need to order at the counter. But, the atmosphere has lots of Cuban artifacts. It is a cosy environment. The help has always been friendly and courtous to us. We love it so much, we drive from Corona to eat here. We highly recommend it!

The ambiance is very casual and I always feel like I'm at my grandmas house with all the smells of cafecito. The service is nice, the workers are very attentive and welcoming. I love the food, especially being of Hispanic descent, the only thing is that sometimes the food is a bit too salty for my taste.

Coming from Miami, I am always craving Cuban food and this is the best place by far! Food is yummy, service is great! Glad we found it!

Food is always delicious. My favorite dish is the Guajiro, vegetarian. I could drink their mojo de ajo sauce its so yummy. my kid ordered the HavanaQ sandwich, I tasted, it, delicious. any dish is delicious. their coffees are unique and yummy

Everything was amazing! Even being busy on a Friday night, wait was reasonable (15-20 min). Fresh ingredients, well cooked and prepared. The “hot chocolate love” is a MUST. Also loved the loaded yuka fries!Parking: Parking down town is free and not too hard to get a spot, but you maybe have to walk a couple blocks.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of pastry treats for the kiddos, and some health options like half sandwiches and soups.

This is the second time we have come here, I don't know what happened to my original 5 star review unless they started a new page. I refuse to patronize an establishment that acts like they are too good for your money. There were three employees behind the counter and no acknowledgement from anyone as we waited at the register to order. I understand that you may be busy at the moment, but a simple head nod, a "hello" or an "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Wouldn't come back just based on the lack of customer service and common courtesy, what a disappointing experience.

The ONLY reason this place gets even three stars is because of the wonderful servers there, Jackie and Alana specifically. They really are the backbone holding this place together. The food is good, but it takes WAY more than that for a place to be highly rated. We were in a few weeks ago and they were extremely busy, but Jackie and Alana were superstars! MANAGEMENT- boo on you! I was horrified by the way this lady Denise was talking to her employees! These girls clearly have a stellar work ethic because if it had been me, I would've just walked right out. And don't even get me started on the guy in the kitchen! We could hear him cussing and throwing fits out in the dining area. And this isn't the first or only time. So sad because it really is a cute place. The owner really needs to pull his head out of his butt and get some decent management on the team.
