Im rating 5 stars, but thats because of the staff.. for prices 1 would give 2 stars.My Son and I LOVE this place!! LOVE ALL HOT TOPIC STORES! ?? Back to school shopping trip was $325.. They COULD lower their prices on their Merch a bit though, ESPECIALLY the prices on their PANTS!! It's a bit RIDICULOUS to pay $59.90 for plain jeans with very faint flames on the bottom. NOT worth it. Just saying... ?

I was looking for Mando or Grogu shirts but they didn't have any. I guess there's a copyright issue.
We came in because my youngest one was looking for something specific. We weren't greeted, none of your employees on the floor bothered to even ask if we needed help looking for anything, we went to stand in line and the cashier walked off when we got there. Not a good experience which is unfortunate as they have a cute selection of fun items here! Wouldn't be back unless my kid dragged me again.

Since my review got taken down on yelpTerrible service I mean just awful. The Hot Topic reject at the register is rude and it's unwarranted. She is so deeply insecure it is sad rather than comical.Never had a good experience at this store. The San Diego stores are fine this seems like a small town store where the employees will probably work there their whole lives. Which brings me to this conclusion. Go to Total Wines and skip this mess of a store. The only decent human there is the manager and the young man working the food section everyone is sub par especially the where's Waldo looking Hot Topic reject.
