Think they where short staffed today, I saw only 3 people working and was very busy when I went in. So cant blame this one the staff but had to wait about 10-15 min past the time noted on my web order for my sandwich to be ready. Other than that sandwich was great!

We are huge fans of Jersey Mike's. last 2 visits the order wrong and sandwiches were inconsistent, some with very little content. Makes me think two different people put the order of 10 sandwiches together. Both times we ordered on the app. My #13 Mikes Way does not compare to other locations. Hopefully next time it will be 5 stars.

Sandwiches are great and we order from here all the time. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is that they always forget to read the notes on my online order for peppers on the side. So I never get my peppers when I pick up my order, but otherwise, I recommend doing takeout in person.
