Enjoyed a Michelle's roll and a Philly Crunch roll for an easy dinner and the food and service, were great. Laid back and relaxed, we enjoyed it as always. We will be back again soon.

Came in when there were only like 4 other tables full. There were 3 servers, and 2 chefs behind the bar. It seemed like we would get a faster service but I was wrong. Ordered their lunch specials which are 9 pieces of sushi (3 different types) for $23. Every once in a while our server, a very friendly looking middle aged woman in glasses, would pass by to tell us our order was still being made. And by "pass by" I mean she would zoom by and tell us mid-speed walk. There were not many guests but she seemed frantic so I assumed maybe she was busy. This happened for the next 20 minutes. By this point, people who arrived after us had already gotten their food, and a separate server had to refill our waters. On our server's most recent pass to tell us again that it was still being prepared, I managed to ask her how much longer before she could run away. A few minutes later a separate server came to tell us our order was not even sent in. This is a mistake that does happen and is understandable. At least it would be understandable if our server hadn't been so flaky or offered a proper apology. Not once did she stop to ask us if we needed anything. I'm positive she would have made us wait even longer if I hadn't said anything. She didn't even have the balls to tell us herself that she made a mistake. She had a very friendly disposition, but that doesn't mean anything if service is this bad. Maybe she was just super busy compared to the other two servers, and if so sounds like a problem with management. Regardless, service was really bad. Sushi was good, but not worth all that

If I could give zero stars for the service, I would.... The food was amazing but our server was horrible! She was an older Asian lady, I forgot her name but she constantly seemed to be rushed. She would briefly stop by our table and when we asked for something she immediately walked away and never came back. It was very rude! I've been in the service industry for over 10 years and believe me I know when the server is busy and I am completely understanding. Im not sure if she was the owner or what but it seemed as though she was always going to every other table but ours. Another server ended up helping us and she was amazing! All of the other servers were very nice and accommodated us as well.

Our poor server was totally overworked. There was one young woman serving most of the tables. The weird thing is that there was another older server but she only had a couple of tables and didn't seem to have much on her plate, while our server was left with all the other work. I don't blame our server at all but someone needs to distribute the work fairly so everyone has a better experience.

The new older Asian woman was unfriendly and inattentive. We are regulars there and haven't been treated poorly until this last week. Great food and fun atmosphere but terrible service this time around. The host told us her name is Stacy

Dinner on 02/06. Had Brandon as my waiter. He was on top of it! Refills on drinks without asking, checking in on our tables 6 or 7 times! Food was fantastic. I used to go to the Hana in the Newport shopping center, but with his attentiveness, this is now my go to sushi

This is the second time i asked for no cucumber on the rolls I got, and guess what, we got cucumber again. My Wife is allergic. I told the guy My Wife was allergic and what if I had not caught that and had to rush her to the hospital, I believe I spoke with a guy named Brandon was very rude and didn't care that My Wife was allergiconly offered 10% off the next time I come in like that's going to happen. did not offer to refund the rolls I told him I'd bring the rolls back to him, he said I don't want your rolls . I said I was going to leave a one star review. He said go ahead I don't care. This person should be fired. Does not care about this business and when I asked to speak with a manager or an owner, he said they don't have one there I said, when will the manager or owner be in, he said we don't have one at all. It's just the staff that runs the restaurant. Will never go back to this place nor will anybody that I know I will make sure of that. I look forward to watching this place go out of business

Fantastic customer service! We were looking for some spicy tuna over crispy rice and while it ended up not being on their menu, they made us some anyway and it was some of the best I've had! The atmosphere of the restaurant is awesome and the food is better!

Came here tonight for the first time. It was insanely good. Service was friendly. I have been looking for a great sushi restaurant since we moved to Temecula from LA and we totally found it. Fish is fresh and the rolls are bomb.Kid-friendliness: Great to my kids!

Previously Hana Sushi, this is my go-to when I'm in the mood for tempura, sushi, or salmon. The food is prepared in generous portions and just simply delicious. The place is spacious and not usually crowded for the times I've been here. When a staff member made a mistake, they admitted fault and were very apologetic. Not a big deal. They're always friendly and accommodating.
