Always enjoyed Karl Strauss food and atmosphere, was a little underwhelmed with this location.Everyone was polite, which we appreciate but, we kept trying to wave down a server to help us with an incorrect drink(alone really not a big deal) but also tried to wave down a server for condiments, to go box and our bill.Came down to going to the bar tender for help.Again, every one was polite but we felt ignored during our visit.Great food, drinks and the ambiance was cool but we were a bit ignored.
