Cannot Go to the pool drama entering the pool because I am not registered guest name in the list. I had to deal with front desk and I still not enter unless registered person with and id. Back and forth with hotel operators on the phone. By the time I got into the pool they now told me call the host or call the front desk to add me in. Both places doesn't have right information at all!! Now I am at the pool not one cocktail serve have came up to take my order. I went to grab and go to order they won't do what they have in regular menu. I had to wait for server to come to order it.!!!! This is Terrblie. Worst experience I ever gotten!! I see how this hotel casino is all about waiting! Ask the front desk for a few thing to sent to the room my responses was go to the room and call the house keeping to place those stuff!! Wtf is this?? Pure laziness!! This is my last trip to this hotel ever! No one want to do anything or make things happens! I have to ask for everything to make it happened! This place is not number one in list again! Grab and go is useless! I can see why people love this place because staff is all lazy! No one want to help you at all! I went to bamboo the other night and I wasn't feeling well and my back went out on me and I asked if they could provided a wheelchair to wheel me over to my hotel room they said they don't have anyone to push me over! Again I went to hotel security and they said they do provide that service!! Again no one know what to do! This place need better practice and getting information! Getting the know information isn't important! Train emolpyees!!!

Came here for a business meeting. A group meeting was arranged where several members from around the country came for a study group. We met in one of the assigned meeting rooms, had breakfast and lunch catered. The staff was friendly and the meals were good. The room was very nice, well appointed, no complaiints. Actually I liked the security for the elevators, the property itself was well maintained and no complaints there at all! One strange issue though. Went down to breakfast, same restaurant three times. On the third vist I asked to put the meal on my room, just like all prior visits. I was asked for ID. Did not have my wallet so I gave them a digital copy, i.e., a photo of my ID that I kept on my phone. Not good enough? Oh well, I paid in cash and left zero tip. It was really a strange thing.

One of my favorite staycation spot! I personally don't gamble but get to enjoy all the perks because my family members are regulars. The hotel is so pretty, especially at night. It is conveniently located about an hour from where I live so it is so nice to be able to drive to Pechanga just to relax at one of their suites. I do miss their travel size l'occitane bath gel and lotion, though (bring those back!!!!)

Ok my recent visits made me feel pechanga is the best around. There floor are always on move keeping track of everything. The dealers are some of the best around And the food options are excellent. The rooms are super clean. The only things that could make it better would be bringing back the buffet and fried chicken and surf and turf salad at the cafe

Pechanga ain't bad but they definitely do not want you to take advantage of the amenities that are free. We are here staying for the weekend for a friends wedding. We actually came to book in person last week during a stop through and they sold us on the year round resort style pool area with a swim up bar and heated water. The place is called a resort and casino. Well we booked an extra day just to enjoy all of that. Checked in on Friday and loved our room and the spacious size. Saturday morning opened the curtains to our amazing view. We walked to and through the pool area before breakfast to see how it was; I stuck my finger in the water to confirm the heated water. We left to eat and change our clothes. It was overcast and approximately 58 degrees. Normal hours for the pool area are 9-5. Apparently due to the drizzle, they closed the pool around 12pm. Today, Sunday, it is sunny and beautiful, 53 degrees, and they are saying it is still closed all day for the weather. The room is nice. My view of the mountains, garden and pool area is nice. The hotel is nice; the staff are friendly and nice. I am not here to spend any more money, we paid for our room and the hope to enjoy the resort areas. I understand this is a casino and that having the resort area costs money to employ the personnel but this attitude has soured my entire experience and we will not plan to visit again. As a note, the golf course is and has been open both days. So the weather hasn't affected outdoor activities that cost additional money.

This review is mainly for the indoor concert venue at Pechanga called The Summit (Pechanga Theater), where we have been to several times over the years. Pechanga gets some pretty decent bands, but you need to pay attention and jump on tickets early if you have a seating preference. The acoustics here have always been great, whether you sit near the front or all the way to the back. We personally prefer to sit in the back at the top row, because we normally don't want to be sitting down. We are there for the music and don't have to be looking at the aging faces of old school bands, as well as we like to stand up (sway to the music) and not be bothering any potential grouches behind us complaining that we are. I want to point out that the venue had expanded since the last time we were there. They added seating a few lanes upwards. We picked the top row and were sorely disappointed, as the top four (4) rows are now folding type chairs butted up against each other making it a very tight fit. The seats three are not comfortable and if you get a "large" person sitting next to you, like I did this last time, then you have to deal with their sweaty shoulder rubbing against you. We will come back for a show here again, but will now refrain from buying those top four rows. The staff throughout the casino have always been excellent to interact with. I am not very keen with any of the food options here, as we have eaten at a couple of them in the past. We opt out of doing so anymore; and I won't critique them here. As for the drinks - it is irritating that the bartenders use measured auto dispensers for well drinks, with no hand pours. That's kind of cheesy as far as I am concerned. We have also been to the New Year's Eve parties here. The first couple were great, with live bands performing and inexpensive drinks. Since switching to DJ music and the drink pricing going up we are done with that.

Slot machines are very tight, food court choices are not appealing, paid $6 for the worse Americano I ever had. Very overpriced for what they offer. It is clean, non smoking and few people on a Saturday.

095/2024 This resort is located off the I-15 Frwy exit Temecula Parkway. Came here to spend first day of my spring break vacation. Valet service is very convenient since I didn't have to walk a long way from parking structure to the hotel /casino like the last time. Hotel always busy but very spacious area with ample room foot traffic! Shiny clean floors with a custodial staff in strategic areas for quick cleanup. Easy to find your way with visible overhead lighted directional signs ! A security guard posted by the elevator to the rooms. Room has 2 double beds, TV, a lounging chair, round cafe stand, a work counter and chair. Full size toiletries in the shower and vanity double sinks. Sliding entrance door to the restroom. Separate toilet with privacy door. My only concern is the separate shower stall has a glass door with no privacy ???????? Splendid time with my daughter and grandkids who had a grand time at the pool. It had an elevated large tube slide just to have fun. Didn't bring phone so scared to drop it !!!

I tell you what, This place is tighter than a chick on prom Night. I've stopped by multiple times, over the last 6 months , played $500 With very poor results. I still enjoy going here and it's lots of fun, but I wish the odds were increased a bit so I didn't feel shafted every time I play. All the restaurants are good with exception of the food court (Chinese food place needs the most work) The place overall is clean and well maintained and are friendly.

Love gambling here because it's a smoke free hotel and casino. Ive had numerous "staycations"here when Vegas is "just too far away" lol The reason for the 4star rating would be the lack of housekeeping. Every time I've stayed here, our room would never get cleaned even though we'd vacate the room early and have the green service light on. I feel like the only time they come knocking at your door (even with the red privacy light on) is the day of check out. Aside from that, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, beds are comfortable, a coffee maker, water bottles, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even makeup wipes are provided in every room. Last night, I attended a concert at the Pechanga Theater. It is conveniently located on the casino floor by the Pechanga Club Rewards desk. Entrance and bag check was a breeze and everyone was friendly and welcoming. While there is no restroom inside the venue, the one available (outside the theater) is blocked off just for concert attendees. It is a small, intimate space, so every seat has a great view of the stage/performer. Highly recommended catching a show, staying the night or even spending the day at Pechanga! If you're staying here, don't forget to check out one of their multiple pools. Kids are welcome but the main pool and adult spa is reserved for hotel guests AND it's 21 and over :)
**March 2024: Friday Night Visit** REVIEW FOR PECHANGA THEATER 90s Boy Band Reunion? Yes please! I don't know when all the band members of Nsync will go on a full blown tour, but in the meanwhile one BSB and one Nsync concert will have to suffice for the time being. Opening night was held at the Pechanga Theater and while I've never been I had hoped that the theater would be an intimate one - which it was! I believe I selected tickets through ticketmaster for Row W, Seat 303/304 and despite being near the back my friend and I felt like we have a good view of the band and performance. The concert hall had good ventilation and the seats / floor / surrounding area seemed to be well kept. Additionally, the bathroom had many stalls and was close by. If another band / musician comes into town and plays at Pechanga I would be happy to come back!

We had zero expectations for this hotel and frankly, even the best hotel in a casino is not usually great, but boy were we wrong. We stayed in the Casino Tower. The room was spotlessly clean, very large and perfectly appointed. We almost always stay in 4 star hotels and even then they rarely include everything I am looking for, but this room was pretty close to perfect. The very spacious bathroom had a large double vanity, L'Occitane en Provence toiletries, a lighted m/u mirror (at the right height), hair dryer, plenty of outlets & hooks, great lighting, enough towels, a very large shower with 2 heads & a long bench, and a separate room for the commode. The bedroom also had a nice couch, a bench, two poufs for extra seating, a fridge, a Keurig, complimentary water, a safe, lighted closet with drawers and suitcase valet. It was modern, obviously recently updated, had several terrific lighting options, lots of plugs including USB & lighting cable outlets and pretty much perfect!

Upon arrival valet is offered. We were greeted warmly by the team. This resort has 3 stores available with one having toiletries available for purchase. There are also about 14 restaurants/ bars to choose from with a variety of different food for everyone. We visited all of the stores, there is one with high end name brands such as Prada, and Cartier. The restaurants of our choice were reviewed independently. Also, all of the stores require card and drivers license to match and do not offer Apple Pay. If you're looking for a casino resort with a spa, pool, and all other amenities this is a one stop shop.

Pachanga is a scamming shady operation. I been going to this casino for many years. I am currently a Red Card Holder with zero promotions. Pechanga has coerced and lured me into its shady operation. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in this casino. Pechanga has treated me horrible. The harassments and treatments been so terrible I been going to yaamava casino. Yaamava is WAY WAYY better. I have been treated wonderful and I don't feel like I am being scammed. One day at Pechanga I witnessed this short bald Asian man pretending to be excited playing slots. I later leaned that this Asian man was an Pechanga employee out to fool its guest into having a great time losing all you cash. I seen this Asian man slip through the Pechanga employees door. I have witnesses. I have video evidence. I have it all. !!!!! /// One day I went to Pechanga early in the morning around 3 or 4 am. I was walking to guess services to get a new membership car. As I was walking The cleaning crew was cleaning the floor. As I was walking the cleaning crew notice me and then started driving their cleaning carts around me laughing like this was all a fun and games moment. /// Pechanga removed all of my favorite slot machines. Pechanga has gone down into the toilet. Just do your own research. Pechanga has had many legal troubles. I know many Red Card Member who tell me Pechanga is always threatening its disliked guess who complain with being permanently banned for life. I have been going to Yaamavaa where I am welcome. I am treated with kindness when I arrive and I do not feel like I am being scammed like I do at shady Pechanga.
