I ORDERED TWO SPICY COLESLAW WRAPS TO GO. GOT THEM HOME AND NEITHER HAD COLE SLAW ON THEM. REALLY? HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A CHICKEN WRAP THAT HAS TWO MAIN INGREDIENTS (CHICKEN AND COLESLAW) AND A CONDIMENT (SPICY SAUCE) ? IT IS SAD.

I go in about twice a week to get food for my children. The wait time for the food is always good even when they are busy they kindly remind me that my order is almost ready. I love when the employees can communicate with the customer. Food is always hot and fresh. Keep up the great service KFC workers

Disgusting!!!! Chicken has absolutely no flavor at all, service was fine. Other items like the gravy, biscuits, and the mashed potatoes were fine.

RUN!Went to get lunch around 2:30pm walked in and I was the only one there.1. First RED sign. No one was at the counter had to wait and wait.2. Second Red sign, I asked if there were any lunch specials and she pointed to a sign where it was 20.00 for a load of fried potatoes, nuggets, wings.3. Third Red sign, I bought 3 pieces of chicken, 3 chicken strips, one mac and cheese, and one small French fry. NO DRINKS! The cost was over $20.00 and NO receipt.The chicken was COLD, GREASY and had NO TASTE it was AWFUL! You can better chicken at Albertsons, 8 pieces for $7.99 and it tastes GREAT.4. Forth RED sign I asked 2 times for FRESH HOT French fries and there were GROSS! They were soggy, stale, and some little pieces from the bottom were like slivers of wood so hard I almost busted my tooth. They SCRAPED the bottom of the French fry tray and scooped of all of the OLD pieces left over from morning.5. On the box the chicken came in it is printed "FRESHLY PREPARED food then hey, a free box". Are you kidding me! This is FALSE ADVERTIZING because the food was OLD and STALE and definitely NOT FRESH! Who gives a damn about a box? I want good food for the valve of my hard earn money.6. Whoever owns this place does not care about the food, the people who run are incompetent and they don't care because management doesn't care!Shame on all of you. I will NEVER go back to a KFC again due to the experience today.7. The place was clean, (nobody was there to mess it up) there was a puddle of water leaking on the floor where you order food and I told the counter girl and she blew me off. I told her someone could get hurt and she walked away and said nothing and did nothing.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE! What a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course only 1 star as the chicken at least tasted like KFC. Almost the entire order was wrong. What a waste of money for dinner. What was ordered vs what was delivered 2 different worlds. Either the people working here don't care about their jobs or they don't actually read what is in an order. The management here should be ashamed of the staff and thier attitude to their jobs. Zero Attention to the simplest level of detail. Ordered Pot pie got mash and gravy. Incompetent.

My girlfriend asked for a famous bowl with special modifications and they got it wrong. They asked her multiple times about things she had already said and STILL got it wrong. We tried calling them when we got home because we hadn’t realized it was wrong til then..and they didn’t pick up our many phone calls. So I tried again today and STILL nothing..It sounded and seemed like it was a bunch of high school guys working there so maybe we should’ve expected this. Really frustrating when establishments mess up orders.

I ordered 3 pcs of extra crispy chicken and a large soda. The cashier was super nice. The chicken however was not. The coating was tough. The chicken had no flavor whatsoever. Usually nice and peppery. No. Just tough coating on flavorless chicken. would not come back to this location. It was 2:00 when i drove thru.
Waiting for them to open at 10. Only two employees, needless to say it opened late. Lots of cars in parking lot. Food tasted expected kids were happy. Clean tables inside and outside seating available. The other stores were closed so can't figure way parking was crowded.

They never get your order right. Be it drive thru or pick up. When you open the order they will either miss a whole item or would have switched it with something else. If you are not dining in, don't order there. I ordered a 8 piece tenders box and it was missing completely in the order. When called to ask, they asked me to come back again to pick it up. No option to refund. Convenient for them.
