This used to be a good place but they got rid of their amazing margarita menu. Prices got higher and service got worse.

Stop dating on our way home to Florida from Alabama and so glad we did. Food and service was amazing, restaurant is spacious bright and cheery. They make tableside guac and it looked amazing, didn't try for ourselves but next time we will. Highly recommend okay yeah highly recommend for the best authentic campechano tacos!

My friend took me here for dinner before a concert at Pechanga. Food was excellent, service was excellent (so sorry I don't have our server's name). Atmosphere and live music was awesome! Our server suggested the Jalapeño margarita, so so good! I just read up on how the name 1883 came to be and found it very interesting! Thanks you!

We love the Carne asada plate. Always done to perfection. pairs well with a Margherita or cabernet they serve at this location. My advice to those wanting to try it is to make a reservation in advance, as it can be a very busy place. Great service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely love this restaurant. I have the Surd and Turf burrito every time I go and absolutely love the green sauce they make here. I need that recipe!Parking: Parking is a little far from the restaurant but that’s the point to have you walk through the casino.

This Mexican restaurant is locate inside of the Pechanga hotel. It has a very dimly lit ambience and is perfect for a casual dining or even a date night out. I had a wonderful experience with Arian, our waitress! She was so lovely that it made dining there such a great experience. We ordered the watermelon salad that is now out of season, but was really good. Maybe request the dressing on the side as it was doused in balsamic. We got the shrimp cocktail, I wish it had more of the jumbo cocktails, but it was filled with lots of smaller shrimp! For those that like the juice a little bit more on the citrusy side, you can definitely ask for more lime. Then we had the chicken enchiladas (2 large shareable pieces) and requested that it was covered in half red half green sauce! Overall the service and food was really good and I will definitely come back!!

We went here last year for a birthday and it was convenient being in the hotel and we had a good time and was ok. A year later we went back in 10/23 and all they did was limit the menu and raise the prices? I guess they are trying to be some high end Mexican place now? It’s sort of laughable in my opinion as there are better places to go and for less. Ordered both a margarita and Long Island at the bar and should of sent them both back, not sure if it was just a lousy bartender or what? I guess they also don’t offer chips and salsa at the bar anymore either but we ended up leaving and unfortunately won’t go back.

Celebrating a birthday, Malayna's customer service is extraordinary! She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. She is a wonderful representative of the Cantina. Great job Malayna and thank you.??

This is one of the very few places to go and truly enjoy yourself. The food was great, the drinks were strong, and the service was worth more than 20%.Our server was patient, on top of things, and didn't miss a beat. Thank you

Based on the reviews we didn’t go in with expectations. Our waitress was very friendly. My husband got the surf and turf burrito and I got the cheese enchiladas. He said the burrito wasn’t bad. The red enchilada sauce was a little spicy, but ok. The rice was ok as well. The margaritas were flavorful, but weak. All in all, it was average, but VERY convenient.

My family wanted to have an early birthday celebration for our son and Malayna made sure that we had a great time. Made sure our food was prepared properly and at the perfect temperature for serving. From Rachael to Malayna we continue to enjoy our dining experience at the Cantina. Can't wait to return soon!

They tried to tell me that they did not honor reservations at the bar even though I have made that reservation several other times in the past. I had to get the manager to have my reservation honored at all and then they sat us in the middle of the regular (very loud) restaurant. I ordered a chicken tostada salad which arrived without the chicken and without the tostada, and it did not look quite right. I suspect I got someone else's order. The waiter tried to just bring some chicken on a plate, but thankfully the manager replaced the whole salad. IDK if they were mad at me or if they were using old grease or something, but I was sick all night. Not a good experience.
