Came in today and was a bit disappointed as I've been here a few time before. The bar side has music that's kind of loud but that's why it's the bar and on the other side you hear less noise. The dinning side was literally empty today but as we waiting to be attended the young girl who worked today at 6pm in the front took about 10min to get to us and when asked how many she ignored me and stared at my wife twice even though I'd respond, she then offered the bar and I said no thank you, we prefer the dining area as it's less noisy and she said in a rude manner that we would need to wai at least another 10min, it's empty! And they have multiple services standing around so they are not short staff! Also charge a 4% service charge to the bill, they need to better train the host, I decided to take my part of 4 to BJS today, this place doesn't seem to have employees that care too much! Many other options at this area

Absolute disappointment. I knew going in service was going to be poor after reading reviews… It was downright awful. Drinks were not refilled, we were checked on once the entire time, and breakfast took almost 30 minutes after ordering in a next to empty restaurant… We waited 15 minutes before our server even came to the table. I ordered chilaquiles w/ Carne Asada (+$7) and I received maybe 6 pieces of overcooked slices of meat… I could not eat it. Apparently the Menudo had very good flavor here. The red chip salsa has wonderful flavor with a bit of back end heat… But I wish they had supplied fresh chips. I will not be giving them a second chance.

Came on Easter Sunday, got seated right away before the rush. Excellent service food came out and was delicious. The Menudo is excellent. So glad we came. The chips and salsa were flavorful. The service was good, courteous, polite, and professional. Overall a great experience - we will be coming back.

Nice place inside, friendly and warm service but the food just did NOT HIT THE MARK! Nothing special, bland, no flavor, got many parts of our order wrong. There is much better Mexican food in the immediate area.

Despite opting for takeout, the vibrant atmosphere of Los Panchos stood out with a lively DJ on a Friday night, setting the mood just right. The music even tempted my wife to dance while we eagerly awaited our meal. Now, onto the food--the Vuelve Ala Vida cocktail was a standout, boasting a tantalizing blend of seafood that left my taste buds singing praises. Equally impressive was the 7 Mares Caldo, which earned high praise from my wife, evoking fond memories of her mother's cooking. Though we had to cancel the Carne Asada burrito order last minute due to a change of heart from our son, the staff handled it graciously, promptly issuing a refund without fuss. This level of understanding and customer service ensures we'll definitely be returning to Los Panchos in the future.

Best Mexican food in Temecula the menudo is perfect, the margaritas are delicious had the fajitas and they bring them out in a wooden board.
This place has potential be something great, but something needs to change. They only had one server last night which was OK, it was nice the server informed us of that ahead of time so we were 100% patient with her. Our chips were burned, they were rock solid. I asked the server if we could get a new batch and she said, "they were all burned"--okay? Would they not remake them? So I waited about 25 minutes after our food came out thinking that was enough time for a new batch and I asked and she said, "no, they're not remaking them. That's all we have." I have been to a lot of restaurants and when the cooks burn something, they remake it. The beans had a HEAVY burned taste to them and they were very dark. I asked for a double shot tequila with salt and lime and I waited the entire night for the salt and lime. We paid over $120 for two people for this dinner and I am NOT impressed. The music was great, but servers and cooks should have worked together to ensure the cooks were aware the customers were not happy with the burned chips and beans so they needed to be remade. The meat was incredible, I was not happy with anything else.

So a friend recommended me to come here for the best Mexican food and drinks and she was not kidding. I had a skinny margarita "la flaca" and a mariscada and both were great. Our server Andres was exceptional, always checking in making sure we had everything we needed. Food/drinks/service/ambiance 10/10.

We have been to Los Panchos on a few occasions. The last couple of times I wasn't impressed with the food or service. Tonight we again went with another couple, and decided to order a Molcajete, which is a combination of carne asada, chicken, and shrimp. When we received our meal, and began eating the chicken, which is my wife's favorites, she quickly spit it out because it was rancid!! She smelled it, so did her Sister, and agreed it was rotten. Our waiter quickly apologized , and asked if we can bring in something else. A Manger, or someone in charge of never came to apologize or even address the issue. Of course we didn't pay for it, but it would have been nice to know it was important enough to at least acknowledge! It will be some time before we return there!!!
