If you love fresh hot soups and sandwiches, they have freshly made salads. There lettuce is brought in daily right from growers.My wife and I eat here very often. I waited here for 30 mins waiting for a doordash order and they even cleared it from the waiting screen to keep the times down and after all that waiting I had to cancel the delivery cause for $7 this store wasted 30 mins of my day for

Took some time to experience the kiosk and ordering to the pickup line. We’re old school so it was different but acceptable and the food was quite good!

I like Panera Bread a lot, and I'm a member of their Sip Club. I used to come for a coffee break or a leisure lunch with my laptop. They recently covered up the plugs so I can't charge my laptop when I come, so I'm looking for another place to eat when I'm in Temecula. I would have given it 5 stars if they hadn't covered up their plugs because I like the food and coffee.

This is a horrible Panera, don't go there unless you can't avoid it. The coffee is usually luke warm in the early morning, if they've even prepared it on time. They close the bathrooms very early at night, to give them time to clean them at 8:00 p.m., even though the business closes at 9:00, not caring about the needs of the customers.WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS ? The worst part of it is that usually the one in charge in the early mornings is rude, doesn't seem to care about service, but is only worried about the cups. Yes, the cups, who has one, what type of cup do they use, and you have to get them fom the cashier, even if you've checked in with the kiosk. No matter about the service, it's the cups and closing the bathrooms early that matter ! The person usually in charge in the early mornings cant be missed, she wheighs about 300 lbs., no kidding, which doesn't recommend what tney sell if it causes that kind of weight gain. She leads the crew in being rude. Better to go to any other Panera, not this one.

Another hidden yet convenient Panera location in the Temecula area. The first time I saw all the charge drinks behind the counter, also the first time I witnessed a long line of people ordering instead of using the kiosk. If you get to your order at the tablet, you can skip the line and go straight to pickup. I finally get to try the Blood Orange one, tasted terrible like cough syrup mixed with vitamin water, a chalky flavor maybe because it is sugar free, big mistake, I can't blame them after the incident, hopefully it will pick up again in the future and bring back the old energy drinks.

The sip club was wonderful but they have slowly and incrementally ruined its value. First they took the mango drink and put it behind the counter, so I was forced to wait in line to get the drink I want. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Now they put all cups behind the register which forces you to wait in line regardless of what you plan to drink. I have a busy schedule, and half of the value of the sip club was the convenience of being and to get in and out quickly with my beverage of choice. Management needs to reevaluate their business model if they have to nickle and dime customers over some of the cheapest line items on their menu. I've Unsubscribed to the sip club, and I don't see myself going back anytime soon for any of their drinks or over-priced and mediocre food. Nicely done, Panera Management.

I see my review about this location covering the outlets got deleted. Huge red flag!!!! so now i will add they no longer let you selfserve drinks, you are forced to talk to a human to get any cup and NOW this location DOES NOT HAVE FRESH MILK for coffee out!!! They put out the super cheap and wasteful mini plastic halfhalf cups. the manager needs to be fired or something because this is the worst location in town.
