Yesterday was our first time trying Pho Mai it was by far the best Pho we have try in Temecula. First time ever our Pho was Extra HOT I loved that! broth was so tasty and they were so generous with their meat portions. The service was great, I rather wait extra 5 minutes get my food hot than cold. I recommend 100%

Service should be the number one factor for all aspects when visiting and experiencing a restaurant. When the staff is rude, forgetful, and slow, so you start to question why they are in business. The food is average at best, and the menu could be more simplified from my point of view. Perhaps the business will turn things around and right the ship in the future...

I've never wished for a downfall of any place of business but this is a first. THE SERVER ASSAULTED MY CHILD and I'm uploading a picture of their tiny hands so you can see the redness. Who TF do these people think they are laying a hand on my child? I'm absolutely livid beyond any words. The server was NOT happy that I decided to return their food which was obviously over cooked. I still had to pay for two other items so when it was time to collect my change I left the table merely seconds before my child and that is when the server grabbed their arms when I had my back turned. I've uploaded the pictures for everyone to see. As a parent, we do what we can to protect our kids. I immediately confronted the worker as the rest of the restaurant went completely silent and I asked why she would do such a thing and she nervously admitted to it but said it was an accident. HOW DO WE ACCIDENTALLY SCRATCH AND LEAVE A MARK ON AN INNOCENT CHILDS HAND WHO DID NOTHING WRONG. KARMA IS A MF and I can't wait til the day it comes back to the server who did this.This lowlife who assaults minors needs to be fired.

I've recently been going in once or twice a week. I love everything about this place! The owners are so kind, and the food is always perfect, I'm trying a different beef cut each time. I've always been picky about where I get my food since moving to Temecula, so I'm so glad I finally found my favorite spot. Please go in and try it it's so worth it! Bringing my friends next time :)

Foods good! Owner (Lyn) is very rude and takes forever to take your order. No servers. Atmosphere is bland and cheap. What a shame because the Pho is great.

Came here based off the 4.5 star rating. Not worth it. Server was rude. Found a small hair in my soup that obviously wasnt mine. Also, got my drink order wrong. Way better places around. Soup flavor was good though.

Definitely wanted to come back a few times before the review, just to make sure it wasn't a fluke or a "good day" - and it never disappointed. The pho is perfect, great sizes for the cost too - I left full each time - standard options for meats and all the goodies... The spring rolls are great, both the shrimp and pork. The fried rolls are perfect and they give you fish sauce and lettuce with them (important) - best place in town for pho!

This is a small family restaurant that serves great food! I had #21, the Pho Combo and it is delicious because of the amazing beef broth! I will definitely come back again!

We love the food and staff! The several wall hangings are beautifully made with inlay of shiny shells, etc.Vegetarian options: I love the vegetables in everything.

Just amazing combo Phò, did not try anything else yet. Broth was so smooth with lots of cartilage and fatty oils. Perfect noodles was basically dreamy. Enjoy!
