The octopus was tender, delicious and hot. The accompanying couscous was also very tasty. The serano ham sandwich was good, but the serano was saltier than I've had elsewhere. The house made potato chips were excellent. The burger was fine and the fries were so good. Service was pleasant and unobtrusive. The view of the country side and the vines was so relaxing and picture worthy. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

My husband and I enjoyed a brunch. He ordered the smoked chicken sandwich and I had the grilled octopus. Both were delicious! Octopus has to be cooked perfectly and they did. The view are spectacular.

As a first visit to Pinnacle, I was captivated by the beautiful view. A perfect location for our “best friends annual Valentines date”. The staff was very attentive which made for a pleasant experience. My hat goes off to the kitchen staff! As a foodie, I've had the privilege to travel the world and taste some amazing food. Although there are some great eating establishments in our area, every dining experience has something that could've been better in one way or another. Not here! From the Spicy Watermelon Margarita, to the appetizers, main entrees, and desserts......... everything was outstandingly perfect, visually and tastefully. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts and Seafood Stack appetizers were an excellent choice to start our dining experience. Both delicious and zesty. Save some bread to soak up the broth from this seafood appetizer. We had the Chicken with Wild Mushroom Risotto, the Frutti De Mare, and the Grilled Octopus as our main entrees. As foodies, we pretty much eat family style and share our dishes with one another. The nutty earthy flavor of the risotto was amazing and fresh. The octopus was was cooked to perfection and made a perfect pairing with the Moravian couscous. The Frutti De Mare to me was the star dish, if I had to choose one. The perfectly cooked scallops paired with the house made fettuccine soaked in the delicious garlic wine sauce made the perfect bite. This will not be our last time having this dish for sure. As there were only 3 desserts available, we chose one of each. Hands down, the Panna Cotta was a crowd favorite. Smooth and silky with a very delightful and delicate flavor. The Crème Brûlée was nice, silky, and delicious. My least favorite of the 3 but, still an amazing flavor and texture, is the Chocolate Marjolaine. A complex layering of flavors sure to please even a finicky foodie.

Excellent food! Service was friendly, fast and professional. Everything going for this place, just needs a renovation to come out of the 90's early 2000s. But if its good food you want and what I think was a good value then this is a nice option with great views.

Excellent view, excellent service and delicious food. We enjoyed the salmon dish and the grilled octopus dish. I love how you can choose the petite option if you're not super hungry.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. The servers were friendly and helpful. Our server was knowledgeable about the dishes we ordered and quite kind. The food was delightful. We had the Frutti di Mare and the Chicken and Mushroom Risotto. Both were excellent. I recommend the fresh bread as well if you're a fan of rosemary, it was divine!

We love the large window wall that faces the west. The food is good and the cocktails are inventive and fun. Our waitress was very good as well. Pinnacles is my favorite wine-country restaurant!

Food and service were good. If I have one complaint, it was the temperature that the glass of wine was served. Sounds ridiculous? Not really, we are in Temecula. How do you serve a $22 glass of a red blend at room temperature? And yes, I'm very fussy about that.

We went on Saturday for a birthday celebration. The service was great. The food was subpar. I ordered the special of the day, scallops. They were so salty and overcooked. My sister ordered the shrimp pasta. It was overwhelmed by too much sun-dried tomatoes. The burger was lacking flavors, but the fries were very good. The appetizer, the seafood stacks, were excellent. It was disappointingly hit and miss. We did enjoy the luscious lips red wine.

The Pinnacle is located in Temecula at the Faulkner winery. First of all let me say that the service was very good! I ordered the scallop special which was tasty although over-salted. My friend had the grill octopus which was also just OK. The biggest issue is the overall appearance of the venue. It is large and cavernous. Paint on the walls around the windows looks dirty. Also there were flies in the dining room. The view is awful. You look out onto a hill of dirt which I think used to be a vineyard. This was my second visit to The Pinnacle . My first visit was about 10 years ago. So sad to see the deterioration. I did not do a wine tasting so I cannot comment on the Faulkner wines.

The food and the service were top notch at Pinnacle! Crista was very warm, friendly and accommodating, which only added to the relaxed yet slightly elegant ambience of this restaurant... and the nice view didn't hurt either!

The Pinnacle Restaurant never disappoints. Amazing food and drinks, fantastic service and a great view out of their huge windows. A wonderful experience as always - thanks, Pinnacle crew! :-D

I've been a member there for years but this restaurant has gone down hill. It took 30 minutes to get mine and my wife's eggs. Not happy. I'm going to cancel my memorial. Dr. Rosenkranz

This is a great spot for a family/friendly lunch. My husband and I love coming to this place for special ocassions like our Anniversary. The service is great, the ambiance is perfect. Food is always delightful. I love that they vary their menu with every season.

Nice view - the dining room has a high ceiling with a wall of windows overlooking the rolling hills covered with grape vines. The food and wine pairings were well executed. The room is a bit loud, but not too much to have a conversation. There seemed to be only one waitress handling the entire dining room, but she did a good job. This was a great indoor wine country dining option on a 100+ degree day!
