I ordered a pizza and by mistake put bbq souce, I understand it was my mistake and said to make me a new one that I would pay for both but I need one without and the person didint want to make it because that was not in the order, lazy people.

We haven't ordered Pizza Hut in years and just recently we started ordering from Pizza Hut, and I Gotta say we were pretty impressed. The pizza is delicious, and the service is great.

Be advised person preparing your food has entire face expanded. Avoid all Pizza Huts. Especially this one. Multiple people. Not wearing masks. Worse part is this person making the pizza thinks it's good practice to stand over the pizza and face down directly in a position that allows spit to flow freely from mouth to pizza with the help from gravity. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR TOIR SAFETY. IF YOU GET COVID and you ha s pizza from this place look into them as the reason. Poor management, pathetic employees.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've been to I ordered a personal pan with pepperoni and they latterly gave me two pieces of them on them then to top it off I found a hair stuck to the side of the crust was so disgusting by it worst customer service also the store manager charged me when I picked up my order and was just so rude I mean if u don't want to work there quit never again will I be bak

A shockingly bad experience. Order 3.5 hours early for my sons birthday party and scheduled for 6:30 PM. At 6:05 PM, received a text that they were "on their way". At nearly 7 PM, I called for an update. I was routed to corporate call-in twice, then transferred to a Pizza Hut in the state of Texas, then disconnected, and then finally got through to the Temecula store. The girl said the pizza had just got out for delivery. Seeing as it was a later delivery, it didn't align with their text update, and I had been given the run around with the call-in, I asked to speak to a manager. The man who came on refused to answer what his name was but he was argumentative, interrupted me frequently as I tried to speak, sounded young, and had an accent. I asked for compensation on our nearly $90 order and he offered a partial credit for an order in the future. I said no, that was not acceptable. For our party, pizza was already an hour beyond when the pizza supposedly went out for delivery. (We live about 7 min from the Pizza Hut.) He said no, but did offer to cancel the order completely and said "We will not deliver any pizza then." I said no, explained I had a kids birthday party going on and we wanted the pizza but the delay was unacceptable, especially with over 3 hours notice and then a text at 6:05 saying it was on its way. He interrupted throughout, refused to listen as I tried to answer his questions. Apparently at one point he had been confused and thought I received incorrect pizzas but I was trying to tell him none had arrived. He became increasingly hostile saying "Well, you are refusing to answer any questions I am asking so I'll have to just cancel everything and tell my driver not to send you anything." It was so shockingly bad. I said "This is for a kids birthday party, seriously??" I finally asked for his name but he refused to answer. I said "I can reach out to corporate and with the day and time, the man who was identifying himself as manager and who has an accent shouldn't be too hard to identify." He responded "Go ahead, there are many of us that work here that fit that description and they'll never find me." I was shocked and had him on speaker phone at this time where family could hear his aggressive comments. The call ended with him saying he would cancel the order completely and hanging up. I contacted Pizza Hut corporate to just notify of the incident but am not sure of any compensation that may happen. The pizza finally arrived near 7:30 PM and we're not sure what happened from 6:05 till 7:30 PM but the driver appeared tearful, apologizing for how late the delivery was.

Manager here is disgusting. The dining room is always dirty. Need to upgrade or shut this place down. Staff are always clueless when we pick up.

This place really sucks and they take forever. It took them 15 minutes for them to see me in the lobby, then my order went from "it'll be ready in 15 mins, to another 15 mins. They lack management and it seems Pizza Hut corporation doesn't care about them. The store looks like trash and they are barely able to take a break since they fulfill so many orders. Bad review in this location but a worse review in Pizza Hut

I called and wanted to get a large. Apparently their meat lovers cost less than just a regular pepperoni. Also, i was told I can't remove toppings. The girl who answered was incredibly rude.

I just like Pizza Hut. I was used to carry out feature because delivery can be expert says and you know now what time would I arrive. Being a member is a must since they always send you a specials
