Very pretty, Las Vegas like resort! It was my first time visiting! Bf has been before and took me to their beautiful waterfall display in their lobby. I noticed there is a photo kiosk that lets you take a photo with the waterfall behind you. We took a couple photos as keepsakes and then used the option to email it to me. We never got the photos, unfortunately. You give a tip to the coffee cart ladies and you can get a drink. I don't gamble much but played $20 on slots and lost some and then won some back. I went to cash it at the machine and to my surprise, it does not give you any change. If you want your change, you have to cash out your winnings at the cashing cage with the workers. What a load of crock! Lol. Imagine the change they keep from people who don't cash out their coins... Their food court looks a little outdated but surprisingly it's very good food! That's really what I'd come back for!!! The banh mi... best banh mi sandwich I've ever had! That banh mi sandwich is carrying this review right now lol

HelloI am writing this email because I had a negative incident when I visited the casino last night. So last night I played a slot machine that was kind of like the "wheel of fortune" game but not exactly the same. I deposited a $5 dollar bill and was playing in $1 increments. On my last play I can not recall if I won or I lost but I know I walked away. Within a minute or two window I remember that I forgot my player card (3357891) in the slot machine. When I returned, i grabbed my card and i noticed a winning of $201. I then proceeded to check out.I then played a couple games of 21 (lost like $40). Prior to our departure I went to turn in my winning voucher along with my player card. The attendant went to the back room and about minute or two later another attendant told me the voucher is not valid. I asked for an explanation, the attendant said there was an error that the ticket was already turned in. I asked for evidence (video or the other ticket), the attendant declined to offer and just told me I will not get my winnings that are attached to my card. She also said we have some one else coming over to help out. This is the moment that I am extremely upset at. I am very scared , mad, and in disbelief of what happened next. About a minute later there were about 6 casino security personnel practically surrounding me like i did something wrong. At this moment i also felt very intimidated and some what endangered for my safety. I was practically getting bullied by the Pechanga attendant, Pechanga security and the Pechanga establishment over pennies compared to what the casino earns on a minute, hourly, or daily basis. I really can not believe that Pechanga would treat people like this. I feel that your treatment of me shows no class, respect, or empathy and coming from a classy multi-million/billion dollar establishment this is pretty sad. This is extremely poor customer service at its finest, all i asked was for an explanation on to why I could receive my winning (check my players card account, it will show the $201) and there was no justification as to why. All I heard was there was an error. If so the error is on behalf of Pechanga and not me. If that is the case the Pechanga should handle the consequence not me. I should not have had to got thorough that type of experience and unprofessionalism. I would appreciate a fact telling, honest and sincere response please.

Almost 10 year anniversary update for an update. This review is based on the rooms, the grounds, the casino and some eating establishments. So to start, I *pre-paid* for my room a couple months ago by dropping some money. I got a 3 night offer for comp rooms during the week. Completely free without paying resort fee or taxes. Just had to put down a $100 credit card hold. Compared to Vegas this is pretty good however keep in mind I am not a local as in I don't live within like 30 miles of Temecula so I get better offers. In comparison to my local casino, Agua Caliente or Fantasy Springs, I don't get any offers that good. I also had a $10 food credit but I don't usually use it due to trying to figure out terms and conditions. $10 is like nothing now. I don't like parking for the hotel. Parking for the casino is great but just to get to your room is a walk. I understand they do this on purpose but there are places like Fantasy or Pala that don't involve the trek or needing to go to valet. Agua Caliente is built the same way, no safe paths to and from your car for check-in. While unloading a women asked me if parking was free today. That seemed to be an out of pocket question but I'm not a regular so this makes me question if there has been a charge for peak times or if she thinks it's like Vegas. No line to check in at 5 pm. The process was kinda long. From check-in to the resort tower is a long walk but a pretty walk because the hallway in front of the Summit. The security guard was nice and efficient. All night he was catching weirdos at elevator trying to go up without a key. You need your key to use the elevator which is a touch pad or swipe. Same thing to get into the room. You also need your key to operate the lights (eye roll) however, on the last day I found the dummy key to use the room without sacrificing your actual key. During that long check-in process these facts should have been presented to me before I get to my room, am I right? However, they let me have extra towels but the question for that was weird, they asked me how many. Well, in my experience I get another set or half a set so I asked for 4 more big ones. The room was really clean. I always do a wipe down of touch surfaces like the tables, counters and bathroom fixtures. No dirt. No mystery pills, bottle caps, jewelry or hair. I found a strange hair in a place that was completely unseen and it was caught on a shelf in the bathroom. That was the highlight to have a decent clean room. Beds where hard and I had a issue with how they made the bed. They didn't tuck in the linens I'm guessing for aesthetic but this allowed the linens to touch the ground which is completely a turn off for me. Any ground but my house is filthy so, no thank you and I just was just extra careful. They use L'Occitane en Provence products which are very high quality *but* it is communal meaning they refill it when the product is low. Anything could have been in there or they could have watered the product down which seemed to be so. There is a price list if you take any of the bottles which the average $22 per bottle. That seems about right because their best selling lotion is $30 a tube. Room comes with a convenience tray of goodies and Evian water. There is also a mini bar fridge stocked up. There is a sign for normal fridge rental for $10 a day. I wish I would have known of that because I would have used it. It looks like they would have to bring it up with house keeping. I also asked for extra towels that where brought up fairly quickly. Casino was a maze. I got lost multiple times trying to go back to my room. I know it's designed that way but it really freaked me out. Tight machines. I certainly prepaid my room next trip but it was really tight there. At night the scum comes out. During the day it's nice Temecula people and your usual bus people. Eating: I stray away from the fancy places because I'm on a budget and it wasn't planned for this trip. I was looking for fast food eating. They had a decent fo

Upon arriving here..I must admit it was larger than I anticipated!Many..Many slots and as I walked around noticed the section of table games! There is a large circular bar in the middle and had multiple TV's for viewing games!I am not a big gambler..so once I hit the number I am comfortable losing..that's the only donation I am giving! HaahaaOverall, the place is huge and had let's to do..restaurants and they have entertainment..live music and activities (wine fest), etc!

The place is great always nice and clean and friendly staff. I love the selection on restaurants you can choose from. It's nice they give you free complementary room nights. The one thing they are missing is an areas for live bands to perform for people to sit and enjoy music,

We always wanted to come here and check this place out. When you go there, you are wondering where is the casino. The cons are this place can get confusing to navigate through the hotel and casino itself. We ended up parking at a random parking garage. We came here on a Tuesday noon and we ended up staying here till 6pm. The good news even though we did not hit a jackpot we did not loose too bad here. For signing up, we ended up getting $25 dollars worth of comps. You can get up to $100 dollars, but we know most likely we were going to get $25 dollars.Overall, they have a good selection of games ranging for volatile to non-volatile machines. The high limit room was okay as I played Huff and more Puff. They have the video screen ones as well. I was hoping to find the high limit edition machines, but it is okay. Beaware too that there are high limit machines spread out the casino. I ended up getting some good wins here and there and they had some games I enjoyed like the Devils vs Diamonds and the bonuses ended up coming up a couple of times which is nice. They have Ainsworth games which was nice and enjoy. My wife got lucky on a couple of them especially getting the bonuses quick. The layout of the casino can be confusing and wondering if we walked the whole casino. I am sure we did, but you can easily get lost. The casino is really nice as well. I am not so sure if it is a non smoking casino, but it was not smokey. I would definitely come back here again.

I have been coming here with my family for about 20 years or more and my Mom remembers when it was just a tent. We love staying here. Especially, in the new towers. They have several restaurants to choose from. My favorite is Umi Sushi and Oyster Bar. I usually get Hamachi Crudo, Salmon Carpaccio and Lobster Cut Roll. Another restaurant which I like is Paisano's. Here's what I got last time. Cocktails Blue HawaiianMai TaiAppetizers Italian Wedding Soup $10Antipasto Board Large $24Italian Cured Meats, Assorted Cheeses, Pickled Peppers, Grapes, Grilled CiabattaOven Roasted Branzino $39Saffron Tomato Broth, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Charred Leeks, Citrus Gremolata, Micro CilantroEntreeCARNE MIXTOPancetta, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Tomato Sauce, MozzarellaCheese $18SEAFOOD RISOTTOLobster Risotto Topped With Mussels, Clams, Scallop,Squid, Shrimp, Lobster Butter Sauce, Arugula & Basil Salad $42SPAGHETTI & WAGYU MEATBALLSWagyu Ground Beef Meatballs, Marinara Sauce $20DessertCannoli $12Bomboloni $12Chocolate Espresso Panna Cotta $12Next, I want to checkout the renovated Great Oak Steakhouse. Not only do they have a variety of restaurants, but they do have a Spa, Pool Areas and also one designated for 21+. They also have a beautiful golf course and of course the casino. It's a nice weekend getaway.

Guys let's be real this is a nice casino if you stay as a guest and gamble like a degenerate. It's well kept and more modern than the others in the area and best of all no smoking inside! Finally starting to offer free rooms again, Yaamava must be hard to compete with. I will say I agree about the whole sad people vibes, gambling is hard. I don't play slots I'm strictly a table game person and it's all luck but your odds are way better than slots. Pit boss always says Pechanga always wins... when you see how nice this place looks there's no doubt about that! Staff overall is nice, but they're sticklers about rules: no phone at tables, playing two tables, only one hand on the table, betting amounts playing two hands, can't help friends in Blackjack, not betting on your own spot. Feels like they put you on blast when you break rule. Keep giving out comps to increase your reputation and customer satisfaction. Looking forward to staying in my first suite next month! I'll keep you posted.Casino tower are older rooms but way closer walk to the games. Resort tower is a decent walk to get to and more modern. Based on other reviews most people prefer the casino tower, especially if walking is an issue. No poker room anymore or buffet which is a disappointment. I asked the pit boss once and he was like... what poker room??? I was like the one where the huge sign is upstairs? There's a room there they just don't use it. Kind of odd for a casino of this size and magnitude. I try not to eat inside the casino anymore unless I have comps, it get pricey without them. Overall this casino makes a nice staycation if you can harvest enough comps. Gamble responsibly and best of luck to you all!

I attended a concert at the Summit and wanted to stay here but there weren't any rooms for my desired length of stay so I had to book a hotel 7 miles away. This resort / casino has everything and was packed with revelers and gamblers. It would fit right in Las Vegas. You want table games ... you have your choice from $15 to high roller tables. Craps? Yes, California style. Roulette? Yes, California style. Slot machines? They're everywhere.Bars? Your choice. Restaurants? From food court to high end dining; your choice. Golf is nearby. The hotel is part of the main structure. Shops? Many to choose from.I parked in the North Garage because I thought the concert was near that entrance. Wrong ... The Summit is adjacent to the hotel, one the opposite end (South). Oh well, I needed the exercise. The concert was scheduled to begin at 6pm and the tickets said to arrive at 5pm so I arrived at 4pm. With an hour to "kill", I tried craps. Hah! I'd played craps at other casinos in California and could never get used to the cards representing the dice. I didn't really care; I was just "killing" time. Lucky me, I more than doubled my table stake in 15 minutes so went to a bar to relax a while. A Hendricks gin and tonic was just under $15.The concert venue was great. I'd come back to see / hear other performers in this space. I had a 5th row seat so my concert experience was five stars.Afterward, I had dinner at Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar. I had another Hendricks and tonic and ordered the sashimi platter and the sushi platter. This was a lot of food but I managed to finish almost off of it. Did I expect world-class Japanese food in Temecula? No, but it was fresh and tasted good. I thought the price was reasonable ($126.36 + $28 tip). Four stars.Pechanga seems to be the best of the casino resorts in California; at least in my experience. I'd gladly return for a concert or for golf if I can get a room.

We've been here three times for the theater entertainment. First for Frankie Valli, then for a Swedish based tribute group doing ABBA numbers and finally, to enjoy SNL fake news anchor/comedian Colin Jost. The facilities are roomy, the seats very comfortable and there isn't a bad sight line in the venue. The only downside is the cramp casino corridors and gaming spaces. Clearly they are a need of a expansion/remodeling.

I would like to give a special shout out to James at the Check-in/Check out counter for amazing Customer Service. .! He went above and beyond to help us out. Please reward him. The fact that we had good Customer Service is huge. Pechanga was clean (smoke free) and the best layout ever. Ty

My stay here was pleasant. Not much to complain about. Got the standard room and everything was in good shape and clean. Bed was comfy and the bathroom is very spacious. If I had a complaint is that the room is so dry. The next morning my face felt cracked. I get why it's dry, but my goodness it even hurt to apply moisturizer on my face. Gaming floor is huge. There's plenty of areas to play card games and an endless amount of slots. Compared to other casino resorts in Southern California and even in Las Vegas, Pechanga's gaming space is larger than most. Food is okay for the most part, nothing too crazy, although I haven't tried their steak house or Italian restaurant. I do kinda wish their buffet was open. Was very curious about it, but oh well. The pool is excellent. Definitely large enough for a lot of people and it doesn't feel like you're in a crowded area. There's enough room to roam around their pool area.

I have nothing but love for Victoria in the Reward Club desk! Once I understood the benefits for being a club card holder! Don't play my immediate spin got me $25, all the receipts for things I purchased during my stay, more $$ cha-ching on my players card! Yesssss! Victoria and her crew made sure I was credited and it felt good to get something back. I sure did fill up my little car before I left!

Sweet bar with good tunes and great people watching times. Bartenders are slow as hell with long lines; get your beer from the beer cart next door.
