it was Friday and we couldn't eat meat so we ordered Sbarro at the mall and I ordered the New York extra large cheese pizza slice and baked ziti and 2 garlic breadsticks with dipping sauce and it was not that tasty. the baked ziti was very watery and bland i was disappointed! the pizza itself was not as good as it was last time i had it. i think next time if in craving for pizza i will order somewhere else.

Well if you're FROM the east coast and you know REAL NY pizza then 'nuff said. The butter homemade dough with dripping garlic and olive oil and herbs and the pizza slices are piping hot! Not lukewarm. The pizza is honestly not too bad. And thankfully the dough did not taste like cardboard. Was going to give 3 stars but as I was dining in, when I went to get a refill on my soda was charged $1.09. Really ??!! Who charges for refills of someone dining in? It's things like this that turn customers off and have one thinking twice whether to ever return or not.

When you're at the Mall and feel like pizza, then Sbarro's tends to be your only choice. We ate here recently and it tasted the same as they did fifty years ago, which isn't necessarily a good thing. The crust still tastes like cardboard, but they've nailed the sauce and cheese. If they could only make their dough thinner, it might pass for a genuine New York slice. Pedro was the manager on duty and he was friendly and nice. We discussed their pizzas, along with the pasta and chicken cutlets they sell. Really nice guy. The ambiance is the same, bright reds and florescent throughout. But Pedro sold me on another try at Sbarro's. Good for him. Three Stars, "A-Okay".

Honestly, trash staff working, I bought 3 slices that wound up costing me around 20 bucks, no one working there bothered telling me I could just cop a whole pie for a couple bucks less. Super burnt on one of the slices anyway, plus it had a nasty carbon taste.

I went to the Temecula mall and wanted to try a slice of pizza and they completely ignored me and my friend. We were in front of the line and they was serving everyone else but us. Yes the crazy part is we were the only black people there and they let everyone place their ordered before us. On top of that, a guy that works there his name is Logan, he was rude to me and my friend and gave us attitude. I simple asked for a fresh slice of pizza that they took out and he quickly got an attitude. He also assumed I wanted my food for there and finally asked me and I said I want it to go and he got another attitude. This is unbelievable!!! Managers should look for a great attitude when hiring employees for customer service because it’s very important. Just wanted to aware some of you.

The entirety of staff handling food weren't wearing gloves, and would switch from cashier and then go wrap your pizza or pull another from the impinger. Pretty gross

Since when can't you make bake Zito into a combo...... Like how hard is that I had to pretty much do a combo in a different way and at the end I never asked for a garlic bread like I've been here 3x and I've always had some form of pasta combo
Good pizza place inside the mall. Has a nice value that really fills me up. Can keep working on a meal all day. Friendly staff.

The pizza was amazings. It is all natural and cooked to order. The wait is a little long because everything is homemade but worth the little exra wait time.

Decided to have lunch after shopping at The Promenade in Temecula. Not many choices as most of the restaurants are take out/curbside service so decided to give Sbarro a shot and ordered the NY Slice Combo,,,nothing special! For paying over $15 I would have been better off going to Costco and ordering a whole pizza. Will not go back to Sbarro in the future.
