The fruit flavors are not ones you can get at all the other yogurt shops in town. They're amazing. Tons of toppings and sauces. The staff are always SO sweet and accommodating. We were helped by Emma today and she was wonderful!

I've been to Simon's before, but not this location. I presented the 50% off Entire Transaction coupon, but I believe I paid full price...if not, 2 yogurts not at full cup capacity at regular price equals $28? I think not. I didn't pay that much at the other location even at regular price. Yogurt was decent, but stars went down due to customer service.

What a little gem! Yummy treats and great service. The decor is super fun, too. We weren't able stay, but the seating area has some tabletop games. We will definitely be back! Pictured is the Dole Whip and Affogatto Whip ? and the coupon we got for next time!
My wife wanted frozen yogurt after getting a tooth extraction, waited for them to open at 10 am; 10:06 rolls around and the door is still locked with no one inside yet their “open” neon sign was lit.

Amazing dole whip and service!!! i love the pineapple dole whip!
Went in for the first and last time. Though there were only two other customers, the sullen cashier did not greet us or answer when we asked if there was any way to taste any of the flavors, which were in self service machines along the wall. Their cups are only two sizes, large and way too large. I asked if there was anything smaller, and he did answer "no." We each took the smallest one and took four of the flavors. It was difficult to tell what the ingredients were, as they were labeled with the name of the flavor and with dairy or non dairy. I would have preferred frozen yogurt, but wasn't sure which ones those were. I wanted only a small amount of each flavor, but the machines, after initially dripping a little water in the cup and no product, delivered a large amount on the second try. My cup was about one third full, and my companion's cup was almost half full. If there was any notice of price per ounce, I didn't see it. I was slightly appalled when we were charged $17.50 for what would, if combined, have been barely enough to fill one of the cups. They hand out a skimpy plastic spoon wrapped in plastic that is difficult to tear open. That was annoying. I tried two of the fruit flavors and two dairy. They all were way, way too sweet, and except for the coffee flavor, tasted artificial. The fruit flavors were like frozen sugar water. They reminded me of the Slurpees my son used to buy at convenience stores. The dairy flavors were a little better, but did not taste like yogurt. We both felt slightly sick after eating it I much prefer regular frozen yogurt, which is usually half as sweet as this stuff. A special treat would have been some good gelato. This was kid's stuff, if you wanted to overpay to load your kids up on sugar!
