So I don’t normally enjoy Starbucks that are in other stores. This on the other hand, was fantastic. The staff was well formed, the counter was clean, and the choices were abundant. I enjoyed everything about the experience, and may have to give in store Starbucks another try. This is not my local starbies but was surprisingly pleasant.Dietary restrictions: Starbucks is able to make me a gluten-free café Mocha! Hallelujah!

This location is always very, very slow at getting orders out. I've come here maybe 5 times in the last year, and every single time I am stuck waiting for so long. I usually order only one drink off the menu with little to no customizations. It always takes 15-20 minutes for me to get it. Mobile orders seem to take even longer, even at non-peak hours. I've asked a barista at the pick up counter to check on my order, and she barely acknowledged me and seemed super annoyed. Not sure if they are understaffed or what the issue is. I wouldn't recommend this location.

The barista Erika was super nice and had patience when we were ordering drinks, place was clean and I loved the Christmas music.

This location is trash. They take sooooo long at this place. If you're in a hurry to go to work, I suggest you go somewhere else. This place is not the one. Upper Management needs to step in and fix the problem.

I just spent about an hour here and the staff were so pleasant to be around! They greeted every customer and remembered details of their regulars. Laura and Richard were my baristas and they were great! Thank you both, I will be coming back.Great drinks and a great place to get some homework done. Lots of seating indoors and out

I love the employees at this location. Always friendly and quick service is a plus for anyone who needs their caffeine.
Very nice Starbucks! Our server, Evie, was professional, friendly, and courteous. The staff was willing to accommodate my wife's request (demand) that her iced latte be served in a cup she brought in with her (see picture). I enjoyed my dragonfruit mango refresher. Why a four star review? See picture of overflowing trashcan outside this otherwise excellent Starbucks.

Woooooooooooooooooow. I had a great experience here. My drink maker (Anthony) was really nice to me. I took about 9 minutes to order and he stayed patient throughout my order. He helped me choose the perfect drink! He stayed calm even though my 3 month old would not stop crying. Excellent customer service. However, my drink needed extra caramel. I paid an $0.50 for extra caramel which is bogus!!!!!! I don't know if I will ever return to this store.

I ordered a venti mocha frap. No whip. Light ice. I received a white mocha. Wrong drinkThen I received another mocha. Taste nastyReceived another drink. By looking at it. I alway knew it was made wrong for the 3rd time. Grabbed my drink and took it to another Starbucks where I knew it was going to be made rightMocha frappe is an original drink but most can't make it so I believe your staff needs more training. The person making the Drink Anthony and the other girl calling out names who decides to talk s**** We aren't complainers. We are paid customers and believe our drinks should be made right. We don't need attitudes from you. FYI, I wasn't the only one who's drink were made wrong!

This store is dirty. The counters and tables are all dirty and sticky and it's obvious that they have not been wiped down today. The latte was good, but the the dirty counters give me the willies
