We had very bad experience when tried to order a coffee at this shop. Barista named Megan didn't even look at us while we were alone in a line and was chatting with another girl. After waiting for a few minutes we just left. Never met such disrespectful attitude in other coffee shops before. Very sad.

My local Starbucks. Right down the street from my house, I go to often. Line moves quickly and they usually have someone outside for the peak hours. Customer service is always great, kind baristas and managers are always helpful if needed. Coffee is always good, food is always hot. Never had an issue. Only flaw is the dumpster smells horrible but the ordering window, like absolute nightmare (please figure something out). Overall Great location.

I was looking for a special drink and this young woman was very polite, patience willing to assist me with my needs, she did not mind to invest extra of her valuable time to explain to me which drink would meet my needs.Thank you Tooba for an excellent customer service and your attention given made me wanting to come back to this store 100%.I acknowledge and appreciate your good service!

Let me just start this with I don't normally do yelp reviews but they deserve it. One worker in particular I believe her name is deja is an absolute Angel. One of the best workers I've ever encountered with amazing customer service and a genuine care for the people she's talking to/taking orders from. My coffee and food have always been good never had a bad batch. Every worker I've encountered here has made me feel welcome and excited to get my morning coffee. This is the Starbucks in Temecula to go to

This Starbucks is so inconsistent. Half of the time I come here the drinks will be amazing. The other half of the time the drink will taste awful. Better training needs to be provided for the baristas. I'm not going to continue to gamble my money by coming to this location just to completely waste $5+ 50% of the time.

This place is a joke when I pulled up the entire staff except one girl is playing grab ass. When they finally get moving this is how it went I paid for a quad shot and while my cup is filling with the shots the girl pulls the cup out and puts the sleeve on the cup. Literally my money down their drain. I brought my own cup in and they wasted a cup cause the girl does not give a shit and did not read the order. When I got to my office it was not extra hot, and Not a quad or even a triple shot. There are other options out there and at over 8 dollars a cup I seek them out and drive past this one from now on and find a place that takes my patronage seriously.

Good customer service and drinks but the drive thru smells like dog shit every time. They have a trash bin behind the store where the ordered/menu is. Every time it smells disgusting. Not sure how this is never addressed...

Started the Veterans Holiday morning by having a sip of a hot Grande Peppermint Mocha that came with 2 extra shots of espresso. The customer service here is consistently welcoming and they take the time to have a conversation with you. What a perfect day to the start the day. Thank you to the men and women who served and currently serving to fight for our freedom.
Its 57 degrees outside and the air is on at about 68 degrees. And the music is so loud and irritating. The playlists are torturous.

I first thought this was a Jamba Juice then the guy at the speaker said this was a Taco Bell. I was really confused but oddly charmed by the blonde worker with the mustache. When he passed me the Carmel Frappuccino and all its glory my depression was suddenly cured. God bless you mustache man

Worst starbucks in Murrieta / Temecula and I visit pretty much all of them. Manager needs to go, very inconsistent, tons of attitude, filthy, dirty store. Just always a bad experience. People really needed a Starbucks in this location, it sucks the manager is letting everyone down.
