A place that prides itself in coffee has no raw sugar, only processed and fake sugar. ?

Went in today for an Iced Coffee & Lavender Matcha , apparently the cashier (who was not paying attention) assumed I was ordering 2 Matcha drinks and was giving my wife an attitude for correcting her order , again this wouldn't have happened if the cashier was paying attention in the first place , the order was still incorrect.rightfully so no tip was given , the cashier gave this look as if she was surprised and disappointed, rather than argue , my wife just accepted the incorrect drink and went on her way , this cashier needs to Learn about professionalism and clean up that attitude.

Went in, bought a coffee so that I could use the restroom, was told I couldn’t use the restroom because they had already cleaned it. The store still had over an hour until closing time. Not only was Kandi extremely rude but denying your paying customers access to the restroom because you’re trying to get off early is extremely unprofessional. You’re paid to do your job so do it. 0/10 for this location. And Kandi needs a review from her managers.

Went in yesterday for the first time. Tables weren't clean. No leather chairs like a normal Starbucks. Barista called my name and there was only two items on the counter. I get to my table and realize it was someone else's food and drink. I return it, there is no apology for the confusion and I have to wait a while for my actual items. These people waste food and have almost zero concern for doing their job well. Why call my name if my food isn't near ready. Then after this debacle they wouldn't let me get a refill with my rewards app. The service along with the atmosphere at this location is lacking. Poorly managed. People in California earn double the money they do in other states and still feel lazy and entitled, since there's so much inflation here they can't afford not to live with their parents and/or with a ton of roommates as an older adult. No dignity for a high price.

Ani, Kris, and Sarah at Starbucks are like the dream team of caffeinated happiness. These three aren't just baristas; they've mastered the art of elite customer service! Their smiles are mood boosters that can light the darkest rooms. Five stars for making people's mornings like a hundred rays of sunshine! Ani's pink drink positivity, Kris's coffee charisma, and Sarah's latte laughter combine to create the absolute most welcoming atmosphere. Truly a brew-tiful experience!

Did my first mobile order for this location because I didn't have time to hit up my usual store. Waited in the parking lot past the 5 minute quoted pick up time before going in. At 6 minutes my coffee still wasn't ready, no big deal, it came out shortly. They had 5 baristas behind the counter and it seemed like they weren't working cohesively on top of the fact there didn't seem to be any communication. In conclusion, my egg bites and oatmeal took almost 15 minutes. Please adjust your pick up time on your app because this isn't convenient at all, nor an apology for the wait. My kid who works in the plaza says she has had the same issues, sometimes waiting 25 minutes for a mobile pick up order which eats through her entire lunch break. I've tried to give this location a few chances, but sadly this is one to avoid.

I use to LOVE coming to this location it was always so warm and welcome, the baristas were always positive and never stressed out. But ever sense the old store manger, Tanner, left and the new one Kandi took over this store has gone totally down hill. They use to have their pictures up and cute gnomes everywhere now it's just chaos and sad. The baristas who didn't transfer are still doing a great job but you can tell that their spark is gone and that they no longer enjoy being there. The new staff who also transferred are rude and unwelcoming. You can always tell that the store manger is stressed and very unprofessional. As a customer I've been heard her snap at her staff a couple times while I've been in there waiting for me food. The times for the food have gone down hill. I wish my baristas well and I hope that your work environment gets better soon.

Very friendly people, but I don't respect locations that blocks restrooms for employees only, if you have to, build one in the back we don't see, so we don't feel like we are pigs they don't want to share bathrooms with us as

Ordered a venti drink only for it to be 90% foam, unfortunately didn’t notice till I was home. I don’t think something like that can happen on accident so they really gave someone a drink like that. Crazy.

Two workers by the name of "Mads" and "Maddy" are super arrogant here in the am shift. I asked if I could add cold foam to my drink and they both looked at me and then looked at each other and were like "uggghhh" and didn't say anything. Till finally a nice lady came from the back and assisted me with my cold foam. Mads and maddy need some happiness in their life or something. Starbucks doesn't need anymore mad workers.
