Seems like the homeless have adopted this place to live in. Anything you are eating in there smells like it. The whole place smells pretty bad. Shame on Starbucks for being so complacent.

Love this location & inevitably my colleagues feel the same way!Drinks are always crisp & clean in flavor, as compared to the inconsistencies of the other local locations where I can taste the grit of coffee sediment from unclean espresso machines or coffee carafes.The staff has always made a genuine effort to look at the customers directly and express their daily greetings with intent on making you feel welcome which in turn I feel appreciated as a patron ? Thank you!With the thousands of faces they take the time to recognize the repeat patrons, often handing me my mobile ordered beverage(s) before I have a chance to ask.For those of us whom simply just want expedited service with minimal wait times, this location is consistently the fastest while always maintaining the above-mentioned awesomeness ? ? ?

VERY POOR service!!! No one wanted to answer a simple question.. On 9/09/23 at 2:50... I hope the district manager sees this and reaches out to me. If the employees don't want to help customers maybe they shouldn't be working... I came thru the drive through and asked if they had a specific cup and they said you would have to get down and look at the cups. I figured wow they must be busy. Well they had maybe 3 people sitting inside and all the employees where just standing around staring at the wall of cups... my god have you not heard of going above and beyond...
So I purchased a cup of coffee and I went and use the bathroom came out and was waiting the lady behind the counter question the lady who took my order multiple times if she was sure that I had purchased a coffee I’m a minority so I’m taking it that this woman thought I was in there trying to steal or who knows what I’m working I’m going to work right now I’m a business owner in front of her. Questioned that lady multiple times, and she sure that I purchased a coffee that’s not professional at all. You need to get new management there and higher some minorities

When a corporation matures to a megacorporation, they sometimes forget what got them there. The coffee is harsh, with an obvious emphasis on maintaining addiction over offering a pleasing morning beverage. Pike's taste like burnt mildew and Verona tates of creosote. What happened?

Kinda had a weird experience, they almost charged us twice and when they gave us our drinks they said “okay now get out of here.” Think it was meant in a joking way but it didn’t sound like it, and we hadn’t even really said anything to them at all because we were still stuck on them not realizing we hadn’t even gotten our stuff and almost got charged for someone else’s order. That’s happened to me at this location before as well.
